Perfectstayz Premium Westend @ Mall Road

Perfect location and very good hospitality

We had booked a Super Deluxe Room (260 sq. ft.) as mentioned in the description, but upon arrival, we were allotted a smaller Deluxe Room (approximately 170 sq. ft.). Despite raising the issue with the staff, no resolution was provided, and we were left with no option but to accept the room. Additionally, when we requested assistance with our luggage, there was no staff available to help, and we had to carry it ourselves while the receptionist simply watched. The room also lacked basic toiletries. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and certainly not up to the standards expected based on the booking details.

We had an amazing 3-night stay at PerfectStayz Westend Mall Road! The staff was extremely professional, warm, and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Kushal from service, Bhaskar, and Abhishek for taking such good care of us. A big shoutout to Mr. Rajan, the General Manager — he truly made our stay special. From arranging transportation to setting up a lovely birthday décor and even organizing a bonfire night, everything was handled so thoughtfully. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall experience made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Mall Road!

Property location near Mall road, but the road to property is very low, hard to climb for aged and child.

Happy stay in hotel Food was decent and rates are normal Hotel facilities and room facilities was gud all normal things available heater is provided Location is near bye mall road Gud stay for young people if people with senior citizens hotel is very down roads are not gud near hotel otherwise all gud

Pros: Attentive staff, decent rooms, excellent food even though limited food options available, it is sufficient for any Indian family. Cons: The road leading to the property is steep & bit difficult for people with car.

A Good stay with a good view (depending on which room you book) and clean spaces. Food is good and portion is also above average. However, zero hospitality and unprofessional. Mostly all basis amenities are missing and need to ask repeatedly to get those.

The location was good, the view was amazing, property was neat and clean but staff was not friendly, not ready to help me in anything

The charges for the room I received do not match the actual value. I paid for one day, but the room provided was worth only . For a two-day stay, the total cost should have been around I ended up paying Moreover, the room condition was very poor, and the service was not up to the mark. Even after calling the reception for assistance, no one was sent within a reasonable time frame. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. I kindly request MakeMyTrip to take appropriate action regarding this issue and process a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.

This stay was damn good very close access able to everything and just love there cleanness and everything i would for sure visit again next time if i got chance to visit mussoorie just there price is bit high on proper peak seasons but best till date It was just amazing view food and facilities all up to the mark

1. Foos was very poor in quality that we had breakfast out side next day even i have paid for that.

No service no manners to talk with guests, even water bottles can’t be refilled and rooms are there with terrible smell

There were insects in the room, private balcony was there but whenever opened the door for the balcony there was always foul smell there, food was not worth and prices were overcharged. No housekeeping even when asked. Had to leave the hotel in one day and there is no refund.
