The room was filled with spiders and the ac was not working, the washroom was stinking so much, even the shower was leaking, the service is very slow, very arrogant staff, terrible experience

It was very difficult to reach the hotel as it is located deep inside Mall Road, with no prior information available about its exact location. You also have to walk quite a lot to get there, so be prepared for this before booking.

Very bad stay in hotal.. Room is not good.. Ac is not working Properly.. i asked to Reception Person so many time to change my room but he is not single response to me.. am not able to sleep 3 night with my child.. Went to Mussoorie with my own vehicle. Was asked to park the same at a certain spot by staff of the hotel. Found my scratched in the morning with staff and manager blaming us for parking at the wrong location. Were not willing to accept the mistake of their own staff. Please be careful of your belongings. Worst hospitality ever at this Mussoorie property. Will never ever recommend to anyone.

)arrived at hotel on 1st june 11.30 am still checkin denied till 2 pm though room were empty from 12 pm. 2.)The the table ball was provided but it was a broken one. 3.)the room says premium with terrace but its a common terrace with restaurent. 4.)the room says premium with terrace but its a common terrace with restsurant chair and table placed outside the window..the quality of window is bad and all voice can be heard be it rain,thunderstorm and most disaster people are drinking alcohol and talking loudly till 12 am midnight on 1st june. 4.the breakfast is same menu all days and half of the food seems like stale food
