Hotel Broadway

The place was good and cozy. It had a good balcony. The view of the Himalayas from the balcony is good. Stuffs are also supportive. You may find the hotel a bit old and nostalgic. There is one issue, if you have rented a commercial vehicle, then you'll not be able to access the hotel directly, you have to put the vehicle in a parking lot nearby.

The location is good, but the approach road is very dirty, Food is good, amenities are satisfactory.and services are very good The staff is friendly and helpful. Never opt for room number 11. It is very small and worn out. Bathroom was not clean.

Location of the Hotel was Good, Hospitality given by the owner, it seems they take Care, Food and tea consumed by me were of good quality, overall this makes an enjoyable stay in the Hotel.

it's a nice hotel which will give you a feel old english style room and ambience. don't expect high expectations , keep yourself landed for a 2 star experience. the attending budhhi ram is a classic person. he helped us a lot in solving some issues , but don't let down the name of the hotel . semi deluxe rooms are ok for couple with one small kid . if teenager is there go for deluxe one. I will suggest travellers to visit this hotel if they are looking for a budget friendly , vicinity friendly , food friendly stay. 3.5 stars out of 5.

Noncooperative and rude behavior of staff, instead of giving complimentary water, they even charged 30/- per water bottle.. very low pressure water supply in bathroom, .. food ok.. totally unsatisfactory experience and service as compared to other hotels..

poor service and costumer shouldn't even believe on make my trip. MakeMyTrip has no criteria to assess the hotels and their simply booking any hotel which will looks affordable but very poor in service and the whole family cheated by MakeMyTrip

we was paid around 1200 INR, in this budget, we have not received good amenities viz no soap, no towel, poor washroom and also room (old house type). Not satisfied , and we will not book any Hotel from make my trip in future, really disappointed, and request to refund my 50% money.

If you are booking as family group please ensure their room near by each other. Hotel management gave us 1 room in 1st floor and another room they gave me in 2nd floor. When we asked Hotel management he told me that they booked your two rooms we are not responsible for room near by each other. So please ensure and strictly order to Hotel management when family booking in your hotel ensure and provide room near by each other.
