My stay there was amazing. Food was really delicious and the service was great. The best thing about this property was it is in the main area of Mall Road so everything was so convenient there. Will definitely recommend everyone to go there and enjoy.

main issue is that you have to carry luggage from mall road entrance to the hotel . food was average and they open their restrau at 9 in the morning so if you intend to visit places early in the morning you have to check for other alternatives . we reached hotel at 7.30 in the morning and requested if anything is to be paid extra we will do it for early check-in but despite rooms available was asked to wait for another 3 hours in the reception ( they said no rooms available but I didn't see any guests checking out )

The stay in your hotel was like staying in heaven where the staff were angels who were polite and would patiently listen to the guests. The view was too good and the food was delightful. I would recommend to the others as well to have a stay here too.

The rooms were closed no ventillation or fresh air… also chairs were broken my husband would hae hurt hence the property should be maintained as at this price we can get better property over there

Pathetic rooms with no ventilation or natural light , service too was very slow. Staff is very straight forward and deny the service if it’s a weekend. Its just the location for which they are getting guests manager is very rude and had the bad behavior with no helping attitude.

It was a very nice experience staying in Sandoz palm street. Location is on the mall road so you may have to walk arround 400 meters if comming by taxi. Rooms and beding were very clean. The was also nice.

Hotel was nice and so was the location. The cleanliness and restaurant staff needs some improvement. Breakfast was laid very late that delayed our checkout and the staff was not at all helpful while serving the dishes
