this hotel is not tourist-friendly. Their lack of professionalism and apparent greed can ruin your trip. I strongly advise caution before booking here.

We had a very nice stay between 19 June to 21 June . View from balcony was heart catching. And hotel location was excellent in meddile of the city room where clean and good .Staff behavior was very good . Overall very nice stay along with my family.

The place looks nothing like the pictures. Washroom did not smell very nice. Never believe the images solely. It is not worth the price they are charging. The staff at reception is nice. The person who came to wake us up for breakfast knocked on the door as if he is going to break it. No training whatsoever. Terrible booking management too. But that’s ok because I did not want to stay another night once I got in the room.

I stayed here for one day and it was worth staying at the hotel. It's on the hill side so they provide pickup and drop service as complimentary. The driver bhaiya was a humble person he picked us up from picture palace road and told us to drop and pickup agian on the same day our checkin. The chef is such a good chef he made delicious parathas and overall food was healthy and tasty. I could feel home cooked taste. His parathas were really amazing. The manager was also a humble person and overall staff was good. Hotel premises was clean and neat.

This the best stay i ever had. The rooms was luxurious and very clean. The food was very good and the staff was also very nice and polite. The views from the hotel room are breath taking.

Totally loved this place. The hotel is in a very good peaceful location really appreciate the boys who are working there. They are well mannered helpful and so obedient from what i saw during my stay at the hotel. Even though i am visiting next time i'm going to stay at this place only for its location and reachability to nearby places. Balcony rooms are best because of its valley view

This place has very cheerful vibe as every evening they play music and set a mood so you can sit in the open and chill and enjoy and have some drinks if you want. Loved this place. I recently stayed at portrait mussoorie, and it was one of the best hotel experiences i've ever had. Located at walking distance from library chowk mall road. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Food quality also yummy

Very peaceful stay here in portrait. Balcony view is amazing. Complete mountain view and whole mussoorie can be seen. Specially in night its amazing. Parking is also available. And in end i must say their staff are very helpful. Must book this.

I have been to Masoori for the 4th time.. this was the worst experience ever. Agent Mohit and Manager Garima do not stick to their words. very disappointing, and the facilities were chaotic. We booked for Super delux but were alloted delux rooms... not recommended at all.

We had a great experience staying here. Staff was good and they helped us to do an early check-in. We booked a Balcony room and the view was worth it.

Everything was great, good experience. Valley view from balcony and terrace is best and food was great too. Room was clean and everything was upto the mark. Will be visiting the same hotel next time too. Overall good experience and a good trips.
