Our stay at the The Oasis Mussoorie - A member of Radisson Individuals was pleasant overall. The location is conveniently close to Mall Road, but please be aware that the area can get heavily congested during peak season—it may take up to 2 hours to cover a distance that would usually take just 10 minutes. The room offered a forest view, not a hill view as initially mentioned. However, both the room and balcony were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom space was a bit compact. Housekeeping services were good, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety of options. The restaurant staff was courteous and provided prompt service, which added to the positive dining experience. A few suggestions for improvement: the timing for the swimming pool and kids’ activity area is quite limited, and these areas are chargeable. Extending the hours would allow families to enjoy them more, especially after returning from sightseeing. Similarly, the high tea timing felt a bit early and could be reconsidered to accommodate guests who are out during the day. The The Oasis Mussoorie - A member of Radisson Individuals provides a shuttle service to the paid parking area, which is very helpful. However, extending this service a bit later into the evening would be even more convenient. Introducing scooty rental options could also enhance guest mobility and add to the overall experience. It would be wonderful if the The Oasis Mussoorie - A member of Radisson Individuals could consider adding more activities or evening engagement options for families—something that encourages guests to spend quality time at the property in the evenings, making the stay more lively and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Ravi at the front desk for arranging an extra bed as per my MMT booking request. The travel desk was also efficient—I was able to get a taxi at a reasonable rate, and the driver was courteous, experienced, and well-versed with local routes and tourist spots.

The property is located close to mall road, yet tucked away from noise and hustle bustle, offering pristine view of a valley and the camel back. Some of the rooms, including the suit we got, had this view from the room and the sit out as well.It was end of June, and we spent quite a few hours simply sitting and watching mist, rain , cloud and light interplay. We were lucky to get glimpse of snow capped peaks for a short duration as well.   Check in experience was smooth, as was the overall stay. All the staff members were very cooperative and helpful.   Breakfast spread is very good, though I would appreciate some more  day to day variations in some of the items.Lunch / dinner items we ordered were excellent, with fair amount of choices available.   Another highlight is the complimentary shuttle drive they provide upto a point - that makes it super easy to reach Library Chowk and mall road - much appreciated. Couple of improvements - it would have been good if we could get our breakfast packed on our final day - limited items, as we wanted to leave early on our last day, but that request was not entertained. The breakfast itself was not fully laid out, so we had to rush and settle with whatever was available. The other area - possibly, could be the bar - cocktails seem to be bit of hit or miss.   So overall, wonderful place to experience the best Mussoorie has to offer - would love to stay again.

Good The Oasis Mussoorie - A member of Radisson Individuals love to stay at the The Oasis Mussoorie - A member of Radisson Individuals on 13 to 15 august 24 with my wife and daughter in delux room the room was very neat and clean the staff is very good every time they see you they greet you the food is very good you love the taste, especially dal panchrattan the property a bit far from mall road but the The Oasis Mussoorie - A member of Radisson Individuals provides pick and drop facility to nearby mall road

The The Oasis Mussoorie - A member of Radisson Individuals is located close to Mall Road. The room we booked was the middle category room and it was spacious. The food at the rosemary restaurant is average . The breakfast spread is decent and if you want eggless bakery items please tell the restaurant manger in advance . The room service is good. Hotel is not accessible by walk so they offer free shuttle service .

Very good The Oasis Mussoorie - A member of Radisson Individuals and good value for money. Centrally located near mall road. Staff are very courteous and helpful, although i wish they knew more about local sightseeing spots and placed to visit. They help with arranging transport and are reasonably priced. Rooms are well kept and clean. Restaurant is good with nice ambience.

Awesome experience. The staff was courteous,food was amazing. We had a great time. I stayed there for 4 nights and experience first snowfall of season. I would recommend it to everyone for a great stay and great scenic beauty. It will be better if you can go with a family

Property location is very good’ staf is also superb, food is very tasty, we were provided daily pick and drop service for mall road’ it is very good for guest we enjoyed it a lot.
