Staff was good towards their guests but the main problem with their average food taste and there is no activity area for their guests. The games which are in playing area are paid. We need to paid for the basic game which need to be free for their guests. The breakfast food was average as their breakfast items are limited but the issue was the average taste of food. Otherwise the room was good, service was good, reception staff was good. Only complaint towards their facilities which are paid. Guest are paying higher amount so that they can enjoy property services but after going property what they saw was paid playing area.

It's a world class hotel in its class. It's very clean and everything smells new including corridors inspite of constant rains that were happening at the time. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is awesome and food is very good. We had a lovely stay at Radisson Mussoorie

The Oasis Radisson, Mussoorie – Review The property area is quite limited, and it’s located about 1 km from Library Chowk. Food quality and hospitality are good, and the best part is the indoor temperature-controlled swimming pool. However, the kids’ play area is too small, and most games are chargeable, which doesn’t align with the Radisson brand image. The hotel’s location, lobby, and room size do not justify the price — I paid almost ₹20,000 per night, which feels highly overpriced considering the building’s ambience and facilities. Overall, I would rate this property 7/10.

While We truly appreciate your feedback but would like to disagree respectfully on certain areas. Though you might have enrolled for the RHG membership, yet your booking was received through an Online Travel Agent portal not through our brand website or directly with our hotel, making it difficult for the hotel to identify you association with Radisson Rewards program and hence accord all necessary courtesies. 2nd, our activities center has been outsourced to an industry specialist which attracts certain charges for the maintenance and upkeep of that specific area and hence regret that as such all activities/ games cannot be covered under the scope of guest services as complementary. This as a norm is also practiced in other hotel brands as well. 3rd, the pricing and tariffs varies from season, brand and location with prices surging on peak sold out dates and availability thereof. we would recommend you to check out our brand website which gives ho

The property is located close to mall road, yet tucked away from noise and hustle bustle, offering pristine view of a valley and the camel back. Some of the rooms, including the suit we got, had this view from the room and the sit out as well.It was end of June, and we spent quite a few hours simply sitting and watching mist, rain , cloud and light interplay. We were lucky to get glimpse of snow capped peaks for a short duration as well. Check in experience was smooth, as was the overall stay. All the staff members were very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast spread is very good, though I would appreciate some more day to day variations in some of the items.Lunch / dinner items we ordered were excellent, with fair amount of choices available. Another highlight is the complimentary shuttle drive they provide upto a point - that makes it super easy to reach Library Chowk and mall road - much appreciated. Couple of improvements - it would have been good if we could get our breakfast packed on our final day - limited items, as we wanted to leave early on our last day, but that request was not entertained. The breakfast itself was not fully laid out, so we had to rush and settle with whatever was available. The other area - possibly, could be the bar - cocktails seem to be bit of hit or miss. So overall, wonderful place to experience the best Mussoorie has to offer - would love to stay again.

The location is conveniently close to Mall Road, but please be aware that the area can get heavily congested during peak season—it may take up to 2 hours to cover a distance that would usually take just 10 minutes. The room offered a forest view, not a hill view as initially mentioned. However, both the room and balcony were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom space was a bit compact. Housekeeping services were good, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety of options. The restaurant staff was courteous and provided prompt service, which added to the positive dining experience. A few suggestions for improvement: the timing for the swimming pool and kids’ activity area is quite limited, and these areas are chargeable. Extending the hours would allow families to enjoy them more, especially after returning from sightseeing. Similarly, the high tea timing felt a bit early and could be reconsidered to accommodate guests who are out during the day. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the paid parking area, which is very helpful. However, extending this service a bit later into the evening would be even more convenient. Introducing scooty rental options could also enhance guest mobility and add to the overall experience. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider adding more activities or evening engagement options for families—something that encourages guests to spend quality time at the property in the evenings, making the stay more lively and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Ravi at the front desk for arranging an extra bed as per my MMT booking request. The travel desk was also efficient—I was able to get a taxi at a reasonable rate, and the driver was courteous, experienced, and well-versed with local routes and tourist spots.
