The stay was very comfortable — the room had a beautiful view, and the food was also good. The only thing to keep in mind is that scooters are not allowed from the library Chowk to the mall road, so some walking is required.

Overall, the room was comfortable and location is good in terms of being on the Mall road but it is on the left side of the mall road which opens the window to the road and is constantly subjected to honking and vehicular noise. Also, the staff was a bit noisy and we had to request them twice to keep it down as we were trying to sleep. In fact, I was asked to wake up early as they found it pretty normal to chit chat in the early morning. Rest, it was fine. But I would recommend to not book it if you want your experience to be less noisy.

We stayed there for 1 day. I think it was a superb stay. The Hotel was smelling good there was no foul smell. The reception experience was also good. Location was superb just there is an issue of parking but that was also managed. Overall a very good option to consider.

First of all there was no parking facility, the room area which were shown in picture was not matchable. There was no balconies. No water bottles provided only regular water provided. It was not worth it to stay at the hotel.

They have given pics , none of the room matches with real time. Majority amenities mentioned are not provided. No tv works, even deluxe rooms doesn’t have a tv there even after mentioning that tv, electric kettle, iron board, work desk provided..none is there. there is no telecom in the rooms, wifi worked one day and shows “no internet” the next day. They mentioned “complementary upgrade to mountain view room” but will charge extra Kitchen is worse, no proper food is available, no one picks call when in need, other members of adjacent rooms makes so much noise, there was no help even after calling multiple times. Waste of money. I had 3days booking and checked out within 2days. Not at all recommended.
