Property is good, has stunning views. I would rate it 3 just because of Spa that we couldn’t experience. What’s the use of Spa discounts for MMT Gold users if hotels deny it based on shortage of their staff availability. F&B discount was also not provided to me during checkout which was included in my booking. Hospitality, cleanliness was good.

the room was not cleaned up to the mark and the interior of room no 6207 was too old like cables od tv was just hanging out and the wifi was also not working at all and the fridge was also not working as well as the press and after telling the reception and calling again and again we didn't get any good support and the toiletries they cleaned of biotiquq didn't seemed genuine the shampoo was too much harsh only the outer ambience is nice was room was not the worth the money

I had an amazing experience at the Royal Orchid Fort Resort. The property is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, ensuring a truly pleasant stay. The staff deserves special appreciation for their warm hospitality and professionalism. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. A special mention to Chef Pradeep Sharma and his culinary team for their outstanding efforts. The food was simply exceptional — the butter chicken was rich and flavorful, the buffet sandwiches were fresh and perfectly prepared, and the fruit cakes were absolutely delightful. Each dish reflected great care, taste, and presentation. Overall, our stay at the Royal Orchid Fort Resort was memorable in every way — from the stunning surroundings to the excellent service and delicious food. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and heart-warming getaway.

It was an amazing experience. The aura inside the resort is much better than the mall road. It's calm and serene ambience will not allow you to leave it even for local sightseeing. Great!!!

Had a fantastic stay at Royal Orchid Fort Resort in Mussoorie! The staff were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived early, and they promptly checked us into our rooms without any hassle. The kitchen and housekeeping teams were exceptional, accommodating our requests even at odd hours. The resort’s serene location and beautiful views added to the charm. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in Mussoorie!

Poor staff poor system and service we have taken room yesterday they didn’t clean room from 11 am we leave hotel we came in night 12 pm room was dirty it’s not five star it’s 3 star rating hotel

The stay at the Royal Orchid fort resort was very pleasant, very enjoyable and satisfying. The hotel staff were very supportive, polite and friendly. The resort was clean, rooms were spacious, and the food was delicious. Thanks to the reception management for upgrading our room.

Royal orchid fort resort Mussorie is a lovely property. The location is perfect near to the mall road & yet very peaceful. The resort has all the amenities required for a good resort in hills..!! The food is exceptionally good & affordable. Would love to stay there again...!!
