The owner is a dishonourable man who behaved badly and kept my money unethicaly. He behaved badly always. I would not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel . service is poor and food is poor. There are better hotels in Mussorie. Please go and stay there and avoid this hotel totally.

This is a very poor and pathetic hotel. The service is equally bad. These people don’t even know that rooms need to be cleaned daily. The staff is also extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The hotel has a very negative vibe overall. On top of that, it’s located far from Mall Road, which is very inconvenient. Despite being so expensive, the hotel offers nothing worth the price. The photos shown on MakeMyTrip are completely misleading—it looks nothing like that in reality. The condition of the hotel is terrible from the inside. The rooms are very old, and the furniture is all broken and worn out. Please do not book this hotel and ruin your trip. 🙏🏻

Overall a great stay. The room needs some maintenance, few amenities were mentioned but not present like hair dryer and refrigerator. The staff and the food was good. The location is excellent close enough to mall road but not too close so you are away from the hustling noises.
