Property was good and view from room was also good, food was also really good. Rooms and bathrooms were also clean and hygiene was maintained. They helped us pick and drop and also helped us visit late night to visit the doctor. I would recommend 100% as the staff was really good and helpful and our stay was really pleasant.

over all the stay was great experience in spite of the fact that it is very steep down from mall Rd. one can't reach by self, other wise rooms are very comfortable and spacious, staff was very courteous and well mannered, pick and drop facility from mall was good relief, feel like coming again to the property

the location was walkable distance from Picture Palace. food was top class in taste and amenities were provided as mentioned at the time of booking. The only thing I did not like was the taste of the tea they served. Also, they do not serve tea at night after 8 pm

in one word.. excellent stay.beautiful location and scenic beauty..staff behaviour is excellent..food is average but who eat food in Hotel Phoenix...room service is excellent..I am highly satisfied and will definitely add this Hotel Phoenix in future trips

I'd say a great experience, and good value for money! breakfast was good, tho i may not recommend ordering from the menu card, other than this, the rooms were spacious, and the garden view is also worth your time. I did enjoy my stay there!

Our stay at Phoenix was wonderful, the mall road was just 1 minute by walk form the Hotel Phoenix, room was neat and clean with a beautiful view from the window, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice and comfortable stay with my family. The staff is also very helpful. The restaurant provides good food.

It was wonderful experience staying there with comfortable services and dining services was excellent as well.

The service was decent. Overall a comfortable stay. The only issue was the location. But the staff was very cooperative and helped us with our luggage.

Nice and comfortable. However, reaching through Car is quite tricky. Difficult to drive on steep turn and slopes. And also 10 minutes walk from starting point of Mall Road.
