Hotel Phoenix

It was a good budget hotel with some good and bad points. Everything is nice else the hotel is steep down the mall road making it difficult for elderly and cardiac people. if you are going in a pricate car, then fine.

Good location but difficult communicstion. Room was luxury but we have been allotted a room with no view. Direct booking has got preference. Food wad good. Boys were very helpful. Amenities were good.

Good Rooms, location and staff. On mall road. Food quality is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Parking available in hotel.

Nice and comfortable. However, reaching through Car is quite tricky. Difficult to drive on steep turn and slopes. And also 10 minutes walk from starting point of Mall Road.

Location is very good right beside mall road. Ambience and hygeine is maintained properly. Staff is courteous. Good is also good.

location challenging esp with drivers not conversant with mountainous roads, parking to be done before 5pm daily restricting you to stay in hotel only and forced to dine in the hotel

the location was walkable distance from Picture Palace. food was top class in taste and amenities were provided as mentioned at the time of booking. The only thing I did not like was the taste of the tea they served. Also, they do not serve tea at night after 8 pm

I'd say a great experience, and good value for money! breakfast was good, tho i may not recommend ordering from the menu card, other than this, the rooms were spacious, and the garden view is also worth your time. I did enjoy my stay there!
