Phoenix hotel It's a basic but nice hotel. It's on the mall road , the location is great. The service is good, they always answer the calls. Like views

The service was decent. Overall a comfortable stay. The only issue was the location. But the staff was very cooperative and helped us with our luggage.

Nice and comfortable. However, reaching through Car is quite tricky. Difficult to drive on steep turn and slopes. And also 10 minutes walk from starting point of Mall Road.

Location is very good right beside mall road. Ambience and hygeine is maintained properly. Staff is courteous. Good is also good.

location challenging esp with drivers not conversant with mountainous roads, parking to be done before 5pm daily restricting you to stay in hotel only and forced to dine in the hotel

the location was walkable distance from Picture Palace. food was top class in taste and amenities were provided as mentioned at the time of booking. The only thing I did not like was the taste of the tea they served. Also, they do not serve tea at night after 8 pm

I'd say a great experience, and good value for money! breakfast was good, tho i may not recommend ordering from the menu card, other than this, the rooms were spacious, and the garden view is also worth your time. I did enjoy my stay there!

Polite Staff, Good Amenities. I visit mussorie and looked for good hotel and I found it and it is a good Hotel and Staff is very Helpful.

Property was good and view from room was also good, food was also really good. Rooms and bathrooms were also clean and hygiene was maintained. They helped us pick and drop and also helped us visit late night to visit the doctor. I would recommend 100% as the staff was really good and helpful and our stay was really pleasant.

over all the stay was great experience in spite of the fact that it is very steep down from mall Rd. one can't reach by self, other wise rooms are very comfortable and spacious, staff was very courteous and well mannered, pick and drop facility from mall was good relief, feel like coming again to the property
