The resort rooms are decent. They provide a beautiful valley view (entire Dehradoon) which during the night time looks magnificent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread is decent as well. Overall a decent value for money property.

I didn’t had high hopes from the Property as the plan was very sudden, so I booked this property just because it was available, but the experience turned out to be excellent with that the hospitality and the staff around was very very warm, and they made sure we have a comfortable stay

The main road to the property is closed. The property manager does not feel it is important to inform this to the guests. Whosoever is planning to book this place, be prepared to have a difficult time in reaching the resort. Also if you call them in advance, they do not inform you so that the booking does not get cancelled.

Property is excellent with good sightseeing. Room service is very good and staff is polite. Food is also good. Only drawback is its little bit away from mall road and roads are not good to reach at this place. However, the room size, facilities, food they provide compensates the drawback of its reachability.

I recently stayed at Sterling Mussoorie for 3 nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The property is perched on a serene hillside with breathtaking views of the valley, waking up to the misty mountains each morning felt magical. The staff deserves a special mention especially Mr. Praveen and every single person was warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. The hospitality felt personal and heartfelt, not just routine. They went the extra mile to accommodate every little request with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy, offering the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The balcony view was simply mesmerizing, especially during sunrise and sunset. The food at the in-house restaurant was excellent, delicious, well-presented, and varied across all meals. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great spread of both Indian and continental options. The resort also had a lovely ambience and plenty of spaces to relax, whether it was the lawn overlooking the valley, the cozy café corner, or the game room. It’s an ideal place for couples or families looking to unwind amidst nature without compromising on comfort. Overall, Sterling Mussoorie made our holiday truly memorable. Offered last room in resort since we have small kid they didn’t offer room in first lobby and we have to crow 3 lift and walk a lot Also called in reception for luggage drop and hot water but no body come had to take all luggage by hand !! Will not stay in this property in future and not recommend any one else pathetic experience I visited property in 2019 but now not worth to stay

it is an amazing place. The hotel is beautifully located on the hills with great food options and buffet spreads and spacious rooms with good heater options, staff is also very cordial and helpful
