The hotel is newly built and is at a good location. Nice and quiet place. Service is very good. They have a roof top restaurant which has nice views and serves tasty food. The rooms are pretty good and they have big luxurious suite rooms as well. I recommend the hotel.

Helpful staff, smelly drainage

I will preface the review by saying that Mr Fardeen from the hotel staff was very helpful, empathetic and prompt. The only issue I faced here was the drainage smelling very pungent in the bathroom. Mr Fardeen offered me a chang of room but the changed room also started smelling after sometime. Made my stay very uncomfortable

Amenities mentioned were not there. The hotel reception guy was very manipulative- hotel had called to know when I was coming and I told them. Post reaching, they said I’d have to wait for 2 hours when three rooms were already available. (the guy was there on 4th Oct, 2025). The food was pathetic- would you expect a plain coleslaw sandwhich at 600 + taxes when you order for a veg double decker sandwhich? Ideally I would want the owner / manager to read this and issue a full refund.

Rooms were decent but there was no view from balcony as shown in images during booking. Service was very slow. We had to wait for more than 1 hour for our dinner to start coming on table. Overall experience was not worth the money. Too much costly, no view from balcony and bad service

Disappointing Experience Despite a Promising Location We chose this property for its secluded location and out-of-the-city feel, which truly lived up to our expectations. The surroundings were peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. However, the rest of our experience was quite underwhelming. The staff didn’t make us feel welcome at any point during our stay, and the overall service lacked the warmth and attentiveness you’d expect from a premium hotel. The food was mediocre at best—not what you’d expect from a place aiming for a 5-star rating. One of the most frustrating parts of our stay was the late checkout issue. The staff had confirmed a late checkout the night before, but the next day, around noon, we were suddenly asked to vacate the room immediately. It was clearly a case of internal miscommunication, but it caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. To top it off, the extra mattress provided was extremely uncomfortable—it sagging in the middle, making sleep nearly impossible. Overall, not worth the value, and we left disappointed.

the view from the room was breath taking ,thelocation was a bit far away from mall road but away from the hustle bustle.the food was nice ,would definitely come back

when I reached mussoori i was not able to locate the hotel even after using Google map and wasted my 30 mins to find out way there finally I called on mobile number mentioned firstly the guy who picked up my call was not having manners how to talk to guest ..he was very rude . he told me that tu have to come on the road going down wards 500 metres ahead company bag . that road going towards hotel was having a sharp turn and in very bad condition it was quite difficult for me to drive there and when i asked him if u can send someone who can help me out he denied . when i finally reached i found stains on bed sheet and asked them to change . in afternoon when I was sleeping I heard a voice of drill machine from 2nd floor as construction work was going on . despite of making request no of times to stop no body was bother to listen and finally they stopped it after 30 mins ..I coudnt sleep peacefully. in morning I was having noice in my room from kitchen and couldn't sleep peacefully.. no bar no valet parking location is too too far from mall road at night it is risky to drive on road which is in very bad condition and there are chances that u can have tyre puncture. over all bad experience not worth
