This is a very poor and pathetic hotel. The service is equally bad. These people don’t even know that rooms need to be cleaned daily. The staff is also extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The hotel has a very negative vibe overall.
On top of that, it’s located far from Mall Road, which is very inconvenient. Despite being so expensive, the hotel offers nothing worth the price. The photos shown on MakeMyTrip are completely misleading—it looks nothing like that in reality. The condition of the hotel is terrible from the inside. The rooms are very old, and the furniture is all broken and worn out.
Please do not book this hotel and ruin your trip. 🙏🏻
