I stayed here for a night due to its close proximity with Wynberg-Allen school. A very average stay. The cold attitude of reception staff, lack of slippers in the room, unclean bed linen, etc.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations due to several issues: • The room was not clean upon arrival, and I experienced poor customer service at the front desk, Manager was in Ego and showing off like he is the boss ,, • Major issue - There was No WATER IN WASHROOM for 3-4 hours even after complaining several times. We wanted to left hotel early morning for our near about place visit but we got late by 4 hours bcz of water issue and finally we had to left hotel in the morning without shower and get back to hotel in the noon for shower😭 No towel in the washroom , No dental kit , No shave kit , etc .... there was nothing much only room space , breakfast option was really bad only 3-4 items were available with heavy oil ie;;; puri sabji , chole bhature , white bread milk tea n coffee , NO FRUITS , no oat’s looks all were unhealthy food I understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but the lack of responsiveness and resolution made the experience particularly frustrating. I wanted to bring this to your attention not only to express my disappointment but also in the hope that future guests do not encounter similar problems. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how it will be addressed.

familyWe stayed in the hotel in the month of jun e 2024. The “no view” rooms are terrible, with no provision of fresh air. None of the rooms have air conditioners which was making our stay difficult in the scorching heat. He had to constantly ask for tooth brush/ tooth paste, water bottle, soap, toilet paper etc. Meaning the hotel management didn’t bother to keep the room “ready” for guests. Below average property, not worth 6k at all.

Hotel is in very good location. View is very nice. Room service is very fast & house keeping is good. Staff at reception & restaurant are good looking & with smile they respond. 1st time i saw this type restaurants with 100% occupancy. It's 110% occupancy. Food is also very tasty with north indian food. In my next visit to mussoorie i will stay here only.

I had a pleasant stay in shivalik hills. The room was spacious and clean with balcony view. Staff was helpful. Also the hotel is near to landour and you can choose this hotel if you are planning visit to landour as hotels in landour are limited and comparatively costlier then mussoorie. The breakfast had limited items but tasted good. Also hotel has good accessibility like lifts etc which is a good option for elders and pwd people.

The location of the hotel is awesome from where one can view the valley and also city of dehradun. Mall road is just about a km from the hotel. The front desk staff was quite courteous. The room was quite spacious and well done-up with an attached balcony overlooking the valley. All the amenities including toiletries were provided. We asked for some additional shampoos and moisturisers which was immediately provided. We did visit their restaurant where we had our breakfast and dinner. The food was quite good. Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable.
