Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations due to several issues:
• The room was not clean upon arrival, and I experienced poor customer service at the front desk, Manager was in Ego and showing off like he is the boss ,,
• Major issue - There was No WATER IN WASHROOM for 3-4 hours even after complaining several times. We wanted to left hotel early morning for our near about place visit but we got late by 4 hours bcz of water issue and finally we had to left hotel in the morning without shower and get back to hotel in the noon for shower😭
No towel in the washroom , No dental kit , No shave kit , etc .... there was nothing much only room space , breakfast option was really bad only 3-4 items were available with heavy oil ie;;; puri sabji , chole bhature , white bread milk tea n coffee , NO FRUITS , no oat’s looks all were unhealthy food
I understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but the lack of responsiveness and resolution made the experience particularly frustrating.
I wanted to bring this to your attention not only to express my disappointment but also in the hope that future guests do not encounter similar problems. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how it will be addressed.
