It was a good stay. The view and property was beautiful. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing is, the place is far from the market. . Give my voucher

Service was poor no water pressure they charged extra for heater, even after it was included in my booking

The hotel seems to be overpriced and services could have been better. Attention should be paid on maintenance also.

Its was a beautiful place to stay view fantastic views. Food was also good and staff was too supportive. They arranged scooty for us as we requested. Staying at white hill was a superb experience. I highly recommend this place to all travellers who wants to stay for a hygienic clean and beautiful view.

The stay was just horrendous, lazy staff and late service and good god they need an elevator hated the stay

Hotel had water issues

It is having 5 levels, they allotted us 4th level, so every time 80 steps to go down & 80 steps to come up. Being a senior citizen, i requested to allot /2 level. But not considered.

Although the appearance of hotel is nice, but few things were not there like no floor mat in washroom and it was small, no ac at the property, not even a single mirror in the room, no closet. Breakfast options were limited.

Good hotel with great location. Good food with helpful hotel staff. Look forward to stay again during next visit. Photos shared. At least acknowledge and provide update.

Pros: the property is nice. Views are beautiful. Food is decent. Cons: the roads to the property are very steep making it a trouble experience. When we reached the property, there was a significant delay in getting our rooms. There was only one person at reception thus creating a disconnect btwn the staff and the people staying. Poor n unavailable service.

Pros: good food and location cons: almost miss-able entrance. Reception was not good. The room that we had booked after paying 8k per night was beside the kitchen where we could hear the cooks shouting and work happening in the kitchen throughout the day. Avoidable hotel.

Great property. Excellent rooms which were clean and in order. Service by the staff is amazing. Very polite and helpful and are there for all your needs. The best part of the stay here is the view. Worth every penny spent. Unlike the usual typical hotels where the feeling is more of just a room. Will come back here every time my family and i visit mussoorie. My only feedback would be if they could start the breakfast at 8 am instead of 9 am and also if they could put up some signboards of the property around the area as it would help locating the property a bit easier for the tourists. Overall excellent property and had a great stay.
