Hotel North Wood

Location is good, their top floor king room with balcony is awesome but not good the deluxe room.

The room was quite nice and the view was also decent but the staff failed to arrange a bonfire, even after being informed in advance.

The hotel itself was absolutely amazing. The food quality was excellent, and the service was top-notch.

The property is located on mall road and they provided parking too. Food is good and better than stalls on mall road. Services are good and we enjoyed the stay.

Great experience with Hotel Northwood wich is situated on 15 meters from mall road. Walkable distance from picture palace. Rooms and toilet were clean and hygienic. All staff from the housekeeping to managers were so humble and helping nature. The cheerful female manager whos name is not known but she is very cooperative. My experience with this hotel is best. The hotel’s location is a bit cramped up as it is on the Mall Road and parking is an issue. The rooms do look good for the price but for some reason cuts the main supply of electricity from 11 pm to 6am making it difficult to use most of the appliances or even charge phone. Overall the stay was decent for the price but I didn’t like cutting off the electricity part.

One of the best hotel at this price in Mussoorie.. The location is also excellent because it is in mall road itself so it is very easy for shopping The staff were awesome and the food too. They also made the room heater complementary which was chargeable. We also enjoyed the bonfire which was also provided at discounted rates. They also provided extra bed at no extra cost

hotel location is 100 metre from picture palace. exactly on mall road. good partial mountain view , clean rooms . good room service , tasty breakfast.

hotel location and staff are good since it's near to picture palace entry point so no luggage pickup and drop provided due to union restrictions. total length of mall road is 2 km 1 way breakfast served was very good and had 4-5 different options every day. They will provide eggs/omelette on demand without any charges in breakfast included package. There is also nearby kids pram rental which charges 100 per hour Room size is descent and can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child easily hot water for showers, hand wash is available in bathrooms.

Hotel location is right at centre of mall road with few walking distance from picture barrier. For eating restaurant chache da hotel is right beside north wood is best place to eat non-veg food. All convenience is available near barrier. Overall hotel is situated at best location. Now, rooms are clean hygeine level is good. Staff service is also good.

Hotel upgraded our room by their own to a deluxe room with a balcony. The room is very good, clean, airy with good quality amenities like soap, towel, tea and coffee pouches which they refilled twice by our request. Staffs are polite and courteous. Overall the experience is wonderful. accessibility to the hotel is also good.

Had a fabulous stay at Hotel Northwood. My family and I stayed at the King balcony room and it was outstanding. The view was awesome, the service, staff and hospitality was great. The location is extremely convenient with 3 banks and atm just outside the front entrance, Mall Road in walking distance with lots of shopping options. The food is also delicious. All in all really nice place to stay with family, friends or solo.
