It was great and wonderful visit the overall journey was great and I like to visit again in my future trips over here

Everything is very good, food is also tasty and the property manager's behavior is very nice and cooperative. He even guided us when and where all we should visit in Mussoorie. Entire staff is great.

Hotels is between average and good in all aspects overall. Cleanliness should be improved a little bit. Otherwise it's good.

Worst hotel. Bad smell was cmg out of pillows and blankets Stafff was not good with us because of heater there are many better hotels than this 1

Food was delicious and served in a good manner. Location is near by mall road and taxi available privately. All facilities were excellent especially and it was an awesome and friendly experience qith the staff.

I have paid money of food for 4 person but they have given less amount of quantity and when I asked for some more then they denied the same and told me that this is what you will get.

we stayed as a couple. and if I want to help you out, id just say, book this. perfect. location is superb, less than a minute walk from mall road which is the best place to watch the sunset. food is on the good side, i had lunch in the room itself. service- the best part. they're so friendly, very professional and welcoming. we asked for so much during our two day stay and never a No from them. didn't charge for anything. room- clean, spacious, and very comfortable. please book the one with hill view. coz the big window to see the sunset from your own bed is the best part of the stay. go for it.

There was no parking in the hotel. narrow road. no space for car to pass very rude staff. worst experience ever

The location is in a remote area, from the hotel we have to walk too much to reach the main road with a high up & down road... They are providing a car hiring facility but at the end of time they will charge a higher price from the decided price...

While making the reservation, the pictures on your website clearly displayed that the Deluxe Room includes a window, and based on that representation, I proceeded with the booking. However, upon check-in at the property, I was shocked to find that the allotted Deluxe Room had no window at all. When I raised this issue with the hotel staff, they categorically denied having any Deluxe Room with a window. As I was travelling with my wife and had arrived at around 10:00 PM, I had no option but to check in despite the clear case of representation.
