⭐ Rating: 4/5 Overall, the stay at the hotel was very good. The amenities and breakfast were excellent — the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. However, the hotel entrance is quite steep and there are no stairs, which can be a bit difficult for elderly people. Adding stairs would make the experience even better.

The room was bot clean. The washroom was too small and not clean. Room had fungus. I had paid for a higher level room and they gave me a lower one without the view I had paid for. The ac was not working at all. After calling three times, they couldn’t fix it so only gave us a table fan which was also not good. The staff was rude and not at all hospitable . No fan in the room.

Pros: 1. convenient location on Mall Road. 2. On-site parking for pvt vehicles. 3. Views from valley-view rooms. 4. Courteous staff. Cons: 1. Not well-maintained at all: Washrooms looked dirty due to wear and tear, room had seepage and linens/towels looked dirty due to hard stains. 2. Breakfast spread was extremely limited and average in taste. 3. No fan in the room, so it’s either AC or nothing. This booking worked for us because it was just a one-night stay, but a longer stay would have been difficult. Management needs to maintain the property better.

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Feather Hotel on Mall Road, Mussoorie.
