jo room maine aap se book Kara tha wo room Ganda tha or hotel wale bole or room nahi hai aapne jis se book Kara hai wahi baat ker lo kaafi ladai ke baad hamne extra paise deker dusra room book kiya bahut Ganda experience tha bahut time kharab hu

the room was very bad — at night, water leaked from somewhere and the entire bed got soaked. on top of that, there was no phone network there. staying here was a terrible experience. it’s better if no one goes there. it’s not even worth, yet they’re charging such a high rate.

Terrible stay room was not clean and the ceiling was leaking at night. Bathroom also wasn't clean even the toilet seat was broken. Staff didn't provide water at the property had to bought it from outside. Food also wasn't good.

It was my worst experience. the hotel was soo dirty and soo unhygienic we asked them to clean but they didn’t, they did not even gave us water bottle after asking for it also . We called them from the room at late night for water they blocked uss it was soo bad . I do not recommend this to anyone.

Hotel location was too good, nearest to Mall road For family ones, there is adjacent Kids Games Zone which makes this property more awesone Rooms was so neat & clean.

Staff was not good at all, they don’t know how to talk with customers and the rooms were stinking. But the location was good

Totally frod and make my trip is also support these kind of frods I already race issue and refund my money but still not getting response your side.

Its horrible stay this time in hotel naaz. Facing a lot of problems. Like washroom water supply. Room service. I checked in at 4 pm but rooms were not ready.

Hotel loction is good .car parking chargeable.no mineral water .price is too high .rooms not clean.

There are plenty of issues in the hotel. 1. The room in the basement and in the rainy season there is a leakage and smiley also. 2. there is extra charges for the car parking. Very bad experience with the MakeMyTrip . I will never use the service again this extra charges but less service

Room were dirty walls were so dirty bed was also not good wash basin broke on its own and we have to pay for it

it was a really bad experience, they did not provide any bathing soaps,shampoo...or any type of stuff even when i asked to clean the room they took 1 day to clean it.

The rooms are ok in the basement, mineral water will not be provided. Overall if you are on a budget then consider it not paying more than 600 bucks for a night.
