HOTEL BRITE STAR

Mobile Network is not available inside the room, Hotel's Wifi also not working, there no single window in the room so I was feeling suffocated. Overall my experience is not good.

The staff at The Blitz Star are its real stars. Every interaction—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, prompt, and professional. They go above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP guest.

Hotel staff is good , but the economic room don’t have ventilation. Otherwise food good & good host.

cleaning was not proper. I had a three night stay. every time I had to say like , please clean the room properly. even after cleaning there was a bad smell in washroom. on first day after cleaning, I found some insects the room and I reported to hotel.

The hotel brite star located on the mid way of mall...neat &clean rooms, family friendly...tasty & hygienic foods... hotel staff members are very helpful & cooperative....You can stay here worry free

In this hotel room was to small, no vantilation, water was not coming in taps. One fan of our room was fell down suddenly, bedsheet was not cleaned. zero rating

plz depanelled the hotel from makemytrip, wrost of the wrost expreience, very un hygenic, poor quality of bedsheets, water problem, stinky rooms etc.

The rooms smell bad. The sheets were not clean. Parking was not there. Furniture was broken. Washroom were not clean

Housekeeping is very bad beds are in bad condition hotel manager are spoken not well with the customer. I suggested to all my friends and family don't go to the hotel very poor and bad condition of rooms. Ceiling on the top was ripping off and it was too much stinking from bathroom ventilation was bad. They are charging was too much for coffee and water as compared to regular prices outside. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Floors were too bad and dirty. All the beds sheets and mattresses were old and in bad condition.

has incorrect picture of this place, this is not what that the place looks like. It is dirty has no heating facilities and the rooms are not maintained as shown in the picture. A big no, i booked this place for 3 days but checked out within an hour since i couldn’t even dare to spend more than an hour at this place. BTW it has shared balcony so no privacy and cold air will come in the room even if you close the door 🤣

If you have ever stayed in a * star hotel and is expecting such facilities, then this hotel is a bad choice for you, facilities are not upto standard of a four star hotel. Taste of food is good but options are limited.
