awesome bathroom neat and clean staff good good experience The room was good for two people and the TV was in running condition

The staff behavior was good and the same size of room was not given to us which I booked, this is basically not good practice from losing business. The water glass and table were not cleaned and the rest of things were cleaned.

The property is very old .Rooms are very small, no hand shower is available in the bathroom.Lastly they charged extra money.Mt overall experience is not good in this stay

I checked in and went to the room but the whole place was messy. the bed and mattress were dirty. location was also not great ..if you have too much luggage you had to walk a lot and climb multiple stairs to reach the property. rooms were so tiny than they are showing in pics. I went with my mother and we were scared to stay at the place..since we were only there and we had only men staff around us. terrible stay for women.

Neither the Rooms nor the bedsheets and blankets were clean…curtains were not clean..even the paid parking was very far from the hotel..overall not a good stay experience

The staff was fine and the room was okay. It's just that the hotel was in a place where it was being difficult to reach. Though when we reached there staff was helpful and the rooms were also near and clean. It was a small room and for 1 night stay it was fine. And the view was fine from the room.
