Leisure Cave is easier to access as that's their key factor to attract the customers. But that is all isn't needed for the entire satisfaction. The stay was poorly maintained, full of moulds and smelly room. We opted for Breakfast inclusive, and that too was an average kind, for the price that they charge. Not enough food for all the people who stayed in the property. And they don't provide it on time by 8.30 am as they promised. We were given food only by 9.30 in the morning. Overall, it is a bad experience to choose this property

The location of the hotel is good other than that the condition of the room is very bad smelly rooms smallest room i have ever seen and balconies are also very small...worst hotel ever

There’s something special about their Ground Floor Parking that they don’t even allow you park your car there even to drop off your luggage or your elderly parent. Even one half litre of water bottle must be so expensive that they refuse upfront to give you one.

Not good. I'll start with the room's condition first, so apparently we had booked a premium room with balcony but the staff decided to deceive us by giving us standard room (literally with space where a single person can walk through) with no closet, mini fridge etc. So we complained for same and the reply was no it's a premium room only, the std. Rooms are even smaller (wonder how ll a person walk as i said the premium rooms just had limited space for that. Then they said that we have a bigger room (so i guess they intentionally tried to deceive us by giving std room to rent out the premium room at high price as it was new year time. Secondly, the condition of the room was also not good. The furniture, the side table was untidy and the floor was sticky. Thirdly, when we gave keys for room cleaning the last day, we saw our towel was missing and we told them over reception but again no response. See this was not a big deal but at least we expected a response. The hotel is in a good location but just park aside the entire hotel condition and confrontation might pull a lousy response or no response for hospitality.

Location is good , rooms are decent.Good for a budget friendly stay on Mall Road. Worth booking in price of 2-3 k per night. If prices are more than this then not worth wooking

Location is towards the end of mall road (near library chowk). Staff is good. Breakfast was average. Entire hotel is stinking. Bedsheet was not clean. Rooms have small bed. Rooms are small.

the hotel cheated us by providing us horrible room of a base category and upon our objecting the hotel said they don't have any room of the category we booked

We had a stay for 2 nights. Hotel and hotel staff is good. Property is good. Everything is just perfect.

The sheets weren't clean, there were spots all over. Th fabric of the chairs was dirty too

Good hotel on mall road with full connectivity. View from room was really fantastic. Buffet breakfast was the best thing. A must stay hotel

Parking area, quality of food, attitude of staffs are good. But the size of non-view rooms are very small.

We were walking from picture palace to yashshree hotel but we were unable to find it as hotel sign board was not visible from that way we went about 5 to 6 km on foot with luggage and baby till 11 :30 pm hotel staff was not able to correctly tell the exact location we were there in kempty falls road and hotel staff was asking us to go ahead and search. After a help of a local we reached hotel and at 12:30 i went back to picture palace parking which is around 4 to 5 km on foot we requested any scooter from staff if available but they denied baby' milk bottles were there so i had to again walk that long to get my car. No washroom slippers, ceiling of hotel room was damaged, no towel at bathroom, very average breakfast

No mini fridge provided, room size for premium room with balcony not as per size mention by mmt, no complimentary water bottle provided when asked than they did. Staff was very very polite and gm mr thakur was very responsive. Buffet breakfast was very good, food quality fantastic. Please reach before 5 pm if you have own car as municipal deptt. Do not allow between 5 pm to 10 pm to enter mall road, entry fees is rs 150

If you're with family don't go for this hotel. All rooms are smell badly. Hotel is chaos at night people drinking while walking in lobby.

However, the staff's inexperience and lack of knowledge about the hotel's facilities was apparent, likely due to the recent change in ownership or management. While the food was enjoyable, the service was slow and required multiple follow-ups for simple requests. The room was comfortable, but the bedding and towels were old and of poor quality, which was disappointing. Overall, i believe the hotel has potential, but it needs improvement in terms of staff training, service efficiency, and upgrading its amenities to match the standards of its guests. With better management and decision-making, this hotel could truly shine. I hope this feedback helps the hotel to identify areas for improvement.
