I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff was excellent and always ready to help. The receptionist’s behavior was truly commendable — polite, professional, and welcoming. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant ambiance. The food was okay, though some more variety and better presentation in the breakfast menu would make the experience even better. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider visiting again. I would also appreciate if the hotel could introduce more offers or deals for regular guests.

I had booked mansion suite valley view for my 3 nights stay. when I checked in they told me lift is not working and my suite was on third floor. they gave me different category room on ground floor with no balcony and partial view. food was decent enough but for only veg option. chicken ordered was very bad. tandoor was not operational till last night. coming with taxi is a big hindrance as it's not allowed in mall road. hotel shuttle service is available till 10 pm only. it's very difficult to reach the hotel on foot with very steep path. Reception lady Aanchal was very helpful and tried her best to help customers. There is construction going on in nearly half of the property. breakfast was very limited to just 3 or 4 items that were repeated daily. not fruit nor any juice was available throughout our stay. once hotel rectifies the shortcomings it will be a decent property. not at all worthy of 4 star rating

There were a lot of issues . Everything we asked for was not available in the hotel. The rooms didn’t even had the curtains and the washroom had a see through glass which also didn’t had any curtain. There was fooseball table but no ball to play and there was no revert even after asking multiple times . And after such poor services , the staff was very rigid about everything

Our stay at Paradise Mansion was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but you need to make sure you enter the location before 16:00 because entry after that will not be allowed. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The hotel provides free pickup and drop facilities to the Mall road. My kids enjoyed the play area and garden

Price is not justified with the quality of rooms that they provided. Service was poor. No inroom dining. Food was also over expensive. Only good thing was a pickup and drop service to mall road

The hotel is at a height in the middle of mall road, entry fees of 150 to be given if you are with your own vehicle. A vehicle is there by hotel to ferry you to & from mall road free of cost. Property is decent, but quite old. Breakfast was ok, menu rates are quite expensive. Staff was good.
