There were a lot of issues . Everything we asked for was not available in the hotel. The rooms didn’t even had the curtains and the washroom had a see through glass which also didn’t had any curtain. There was fooseball table but no ball to play and there was no revert even after asking multiple times . And after such poor services , the staff was very rigid about everything

Our stay at Paradise Mansion was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but you need to make sure you enter the location before 16:00 because entry after that will not be allowed. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The hotel provides free pickup and drop facilities to the Mall road. My kids enjoyed the play area and garden

Price is not justified with the quality of rooms that they provided. Service was poor. No inroom dining. Food was also over expensive. Only good thing was a pickup and drop service to mall road

The hotel is at a height in the middle of mall road, entry fees of 150 to be given if you are with your own vehicle. A vehicle is there by hotel to ferry you to & from mall road free of cost. Property is decent, but quite old. Breakfast was ok, menu rates are quite expensive. Staff was good.

The worst thing was to reach a hotel with a personal car because of the Mall road vehicle entry closed between 16:00 to 22:00hrs,initially parked in paid parking and booked manual rickshaw and after 22:00hrs paid mall road entry charges.Hotel room condition is also very bad,looking very old and dirty .

It was a good and pleasant stay. The property is very good. The Staff is very cooperative. The location is very good and it is situated on mall road, just a little ramp on the mall road.

This hotel is on Mall road and from library square you need to walk for 300 meters and hotel will provide shuttle from mall road, food was average with limited options, I booked in 8000/- per day and for this price it's really expensive. Service and cleanliness is as expected and staff is friendly.
