Food is top notch! Service is okay! Location is good. However its not a resort, its just a hotel! Keep that in mind. Food however, stands out completely. Amazing

Location is very close to the mall road. The best part is the staff who truly deserve an appreciation to go extra mile to fulfill the guest wishes and keep them happy.

By choosing this property was good decision for us. i would like to mention the name of Ms Paridhi whose hospitality made our stay mesmerizing. She not only helped us to choose room according to our need but also guided us since beginning of journey from Dehradun. She briefed us well small things which made our journey stress free. Property is good . My daughter loved the play area. Food wqs really tasty and full of varieties. All staff was treating guests with smile . A special thanks to one of the staff persons who suggested us to walk Mussoorie with umbrella in drizzles and believe me it was really nice idea .

Hotel location is at right place. View from hotel is excellent. Rooms are neat and clean, with fast room service. Breakfast with variety of choices. Reception and staff are polite and helpful. Over all good experience.

Furniture old. Hotel needs to upgrade, service wasn't good. Food was hopeless. not worth spending 20k a night.

We stayed at Ramada Wyndham for 3 nights 4 days. It was a family trip of four of us with our six month old grand son. As this was his first trip outside home we were sceptical of how would we manage him and his food etc. To our surprise the Ramada Wyndham Mussoorie made our stay extremely comfortable with their care and hospitality. The location of the hotel is superb. You have a Dehradun valley view from the hotal and as you step out of the hotel the iconic Mall Road of Mussoorie starts. Garden Valley view rooms are nice neat and well maintained. Food is great. The chef Gulab Singh and his team caters to all your bud tastes and needs. Tanya sees to it that you get your food on your table. Room service is prompt and all staff sees to it that you are well attended. Paridhi the front manager is always around with smiling face attending to all your queries and comfort. In all in all we had a great stay in this small boutique hotel!!! Highly recommended for family vacation as activity centre also plans things for old and young and keeps them occupied . Only area of improvement is movement of furniture / luggage getting shifted on the first floor disturbed ground floor room occupants. May be carpet need to be put on the first floor room so that noise does not go down!!

We travelled with our infant and parents, it was a good experience. Location and food was good. Staff were very polite and helpful and services were prompt. Hoping for more future stay at RAMADA.

Service is top notch, situated at prime location and breakfast was super good. I booked the hotel for 14k. 10-11k could have been a better price.

The property is located in a good location. The food is delicious, and the rooms have good facilities, The activities for children are very good and nice. We can see beautiful scenery from the property. Staff is cooperative.

Our experience was really nice from the start. property is at a phenomenal location. The only sad part was the entry to mall road but the hotel staff is very courteous and accommodating. they were ready with the car and supyport staff to escort us. Amazing hospitality

it was more than expected. neat rooms ..well mannered staff .. Pariidhi was helpful in the front desk . bath rooms beat abd clean .we were in a suite room . so it was nice and clean.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel, where comfort was the top priority. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The food was good, with special arrangements of food for my toddler. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay that I would gladly repeat.

The rooms were terrible. There were rats in the vents and they weren’t even maintaining the basic hygiene. The food was also soo bad.

Perfect location, close to Mall Toad. Great facilities. Hospitable staff and beautiful dining area overlooking the great views of Moussourie

Room tariff they charged for five star but amenities were three or two stars.. room size and extra small bathroom. Breakfast not upto mark . lukewarm tea despite asking for hot tea and food was oily ☹️Rating 5 out of 10

Great experience to visit at Ramada Mussorriee. Very helpful staff who take care of everything u need. Restaurant is beautiful and is a must must visit. ms. Tanya in particular has been very helpful while having meals whereas Ms. Paridhi took care of everything else we wanted right from sightseeing to getting the room decorated. Beautiful place with an awesome view and a must visit.
