We spent 2 nights at the resort, resort is at very beautiful location where you can clearly see himalayas range, whole staff is too cooperative, they have a wide range of buffet and also if you would like they have inhouse dhaba and a italian cafe both are amazing on both days we enjoyed pakodas and tea, we travel-led with kids and both of my kids enjoyed a lot, they really provide 5 star services

Good but not at level of money which they charge. Staff share supportive location is good. Some activities can be i clouded

Food stay location view all wonderful. Excellent hospitality and lots of in-house activities. Liked the library with so many books.

Location is awesome. They arranged a nature forest safari which was an amazing experience. We also did a jungle treck. Food was good. At times i felt they could do better to maintain cleanliness. There was a problem of insects coming into room, but you expect that in a nature resort, right! negative points. Its very expensive. They charge for everything, even for kids. Not even 5 star resorts charge rs. 3000 for extra-bed for kid.

Terraces has excellent view of the snow clad himalayan ranges, mt trishul and mt chaukhamba. The chef is incredibly good. Wonderful food at a wonderful location. The property has nice gardens and relaxing areas. Over dinner you can listen to talented local musicians play your favorite melodies. Very helpful staff.

Good & quite place, must visit

Property area too vast but rooms are not as expected. Not at all mountain view. Small suffocated. And very small washroom. Paying 19000 is as paying toll tax to maintain property area only.

The terraces is quaint, cosy and yet beautiful and luxurious in its own way! great location, stunning views from the property and a very helpful staff make it a perfect getaway

The staff at Terraces is The best! They are polite, helpful and go out of The way to take care of your every need. The food also was fabulous! The property itself is very good and The views are stunning but whatever said and done it is The staff that made The stay extraordinary!

Excellent location with snow-clad property. Experienced good snowfall, yellow and silver lining of Himalayan range. Variety and quality of food appreciative. Excellent customized services by ever-smiling staff.

I stayed in 102 deluxe room with my wife and a kid. Pros. 1 It snowed in January 2020 on 2nd, we were lucky to experience the snowfall. 2- Excellent staff 3- Excellent experience with bonfire and live music. Cons- Average food alacarte as occupancy was not full (butter milk and honey lemon ginger is great) 2- Small bathroom 2- Not value for money.

The Terraces at Kanatal is a perfect place to rejuvenate. Picturesque location, good food, Cosy and comfortable rooms all provided with heaters and electric warmers on beds (for winter stay), humble staff, kid-friendly and whatnot. I never ever have seen a hotel which provides their guest a bowl of soaked almonds every night of their stay. Highly appreciate it. Just experience all this without a doubt.

It was a great experience to stay there. We will go again.

It was an amazing stay at Terraces. Excellent location, property, super courteous and helpful staff, food superb, awesome spa. Only one suggestion that dinner time 8:30 pm is too late else everything is fantastic!
