Hotel location is nice, food quality and taste is awesome. Also all staff was very supportive and familiar.

The overall stay was good. The rooms were clean, bedsheets were clean. Bathroom was big. Staff is very polite.

Good location with clean and spacious room. Tasty food. Wifi and tv facility with mountain valley view balcony room.

The room washroom was not properly functional, the flush was not working. I got to know when I returned to my room at night. I tried everything but it was not working, so I informed the staff and they responded very rudely. They asked me to use the washroom on the street side of the building. He said it's not his duty to check and when I said that's not what I paid for, he told me "kya hi pay Kiya hai apne" which was too rude and impolite. I was not expecting this kind of behaviour.

Awesome Stay with family , wonderful view that no one is going to regret once you reach there. We found the hotel at a good price with all the amenities available at affordable price. Will visit again🫶🏻

No welcome drink, geasure was not working, bedsheet was in bad condition, property contact number was unreachable, one pouch of shampoo and hand sop provided, tv cable not was working. It was just for stay for the night in emergency, that's it.

We booked a room in this hotel, it was on a road. we had a very bad experience. Room was very dirty, curtains had dirty patches, unhygienic linen, pillows were torn and dirty. Bathroom was very dirty, totally wet and without towels. They provide supply water which had a peculiar pungent smell and glasses were very dirty. Actually they take pics in dim light to attract. empty fall was showing less then 1 km away from hotel but actually it is about 5 km. The amenities which hotel was offering, except room nothing was full filled. TV was there but of no use as Tata sky/ cable network was not recharged. Reception man was very un friendly. Lobby area was very dirty, table chairs were wet. Finally food, taste was good but very little options. I was having complementary breakfast, but only parantha, bread jam/ butter and Maggy was available. In addition of Rs only that much breakfast was offered. I had asked for 4 cup of tea. 3 Cup I took with breakfast and asked him to bring, he brought 1/2 cup of tea and told that it is finished. I asked for bread omlet, they said to me that no eggs were supplied today that's what we can't offer. But I saw eggs were there in their kitchen. Actually they provide worst room.

Best part was the staff of the hotel they all were very cooperative and ready to short out any issue. Room good comfortable. Food were fresh and tasty

The staff here is helpful and very friendly. And the stay here is very comfortable and the rooms are clean and well maintained☺️

Hotel situated on the way from mussoorie to kempty fall. It's is situated just on road location. Rooms are nice and clean as compare to others in that location. Snacks are over priced. Food is good to have. Staff is attentive to guest.

The rooms were fine, though the food wasn't really good not worth the money
