Terrible service.

Not good at service. Ordered food on reachungvhotel at around 0830. Recieved food after 2 hrs that too cold soups. Did multiple followup. Asked for tea bags in room did not received. As we were getting late from mall road asked for late dinner they refused. We arranged dinner from outside asked for just cutlery they refused service wise not a good experience.

Good spacious room, but terrible food and service

Apart from room everything else is very very bad about this hotel. Food is simply pathetic, lights off time and again. You will get tea only after 8. 30 am.

Facilities are very poor. There is no internet or cable tv. Staff is very rude. They don't have any responsible person to whom you can approach. Simple soda water or any cold drink is not available. Vegetables in dinner are same every day

Location of the hotel was very good very near to stream near by. The quality of room and food was excellent. All room had individual balcony where u sit and enjoy coffee with view. The staff of the hotel was very courteous. Will surely stay at this hotel in next visit.

The quilt of the mattress were terrible. The spings of the mattress were literally hurting our back. Very poor quality mattress in the room. Food is pathetic.

Excellent stay, hospitality. Peaceful area away from city’s hustle bustle. Scenic mountain & valley view, personal balconies. Delicious & sumptuous food. Only flip was a limited meal options as tandoor was not available in off-season.

Pros. Good property on the way from mussoorie to kempty at kempty stream side. It has few rooms and good hospitality. Staffs were good. Foods are delicious. Cons. Approach road towards hotel is a bit uneven. Bed linens' cleanliness needs improvement.

Whole property is next to amazing, serene beauty beautiful and quite big rooms, nice amenities, and the best part was the services, i forgot to ask the name of the lady in room service but she was quite amazing she took care of our requests and was quick, i definitely love the whole experience and recommend everyone to visit, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, keep it up one earth kempty boutique, we again visit!

The property is at a very adorable location, its just the approach is a bit tough as its an uneven road. Rooms are good with beautiful mountain views. Food is also amazing as we tried a variety of items. Overall good stay.

Hotel management is good. The valley view from the hotel was awesome. Only problem is the bad road from the main kempty road to hotel food was lilo expensive, its better to avoid food in hotel.

groupHotel is decent in the price range. No ac no power backup. Kempty is completely outer from mussoorie so for anything you have to travel to hilltop. I would suggest if you want to work or chill out then it’s a nice place but if you came to explore mussoorie then go for any hotel at hill top near mall road.
