All staff are very good, polite & cooperative. Breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone. Evening tea snack was also complimentary thats was also good. We ordered food 2-3 times in room & that was also too good n yummy.

Due to the recent continuous heavy rains in the region, we experienced some seepage in certain areas, which may have caused the smell you mentioned. We are already taking measures to address this and strengthen our preventive systems. Our hotel is located on Mall Road, where access is via narrow roads — a common feature for most hotels in this area. However, we are among the very few properties here that offer parking for more than 20 cars, and many guests, including those driving Toyota Fortuners, have comfortably accessed our property. That said, we regret if the approach caused you any inconvenience. We truly regret that we could not provide you with the comfort and service you expected and assure you of improvements on your next visit. Regards

A congested path to a car parking space, not safe for car owners, the beds were spoiled and rooms smelled, it was not at all good stay. there was a lot of humidity and foul smell in the hotel due to seepage. They served breakfast on the corridors on some dirty clothed table Chairs. Food was cold and didn't look fresh. It was a below 2-star property.

Location 5 min walk from library chawk. But sloapy downhill entrance not suitable for elderly. No direct car access if coming by rental car/cab. Room considering the price not value for money. Little more expensive compared to facility. No lift. Not suitable for elderly again. Washroom okay. All utility kit provided except shaving kit. Mini Fridge provided but poorly functioning. View was good from mountain view room. Bed too soft for comfort. No work desk. No dim lamp. Common area has RO Filter and microwave oven which is good. Corridor clean. Room cleanliness okayish. Breakfast options limited but quality was good. Evening Hi Tea is farce .. just couple of snack / cookies with tea/coffee... pretty average. In room dining experience was ok but costly as per quantity and quality. . Room, wahroom and corridor is strictly non-smoking area. Kitchen and ground level staff good and well behaved. Security was pretty good. Desk staff were decent but seems uninterested in guiding tourists about outside site seeing or activities. Overall mixed bag of experience on the better side. So 3/5.

We had a wonderful stay at Ellbee International Mussoorie! The hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, hospitality, and location. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view of the hills. The staff was exceptionally courteous and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even better. One of the highlights was the food—delicious and freshly prepared.The breakfast spread in particular was impressive. The hotel is well-located, close to Mall Road yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful Overall, Ellbee International is a great choice for a comfortable and memorable stay in Mussoorie.
