Excellent Stay
My experience at Hotel Ellbee was absolutely excellent. The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive — the staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Everything from check-in to dining was seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and great food!

Family Trip
The location is excellent. Room service and breakfast were really good. They even allowed early check-in and upgraded my room without any extra cost. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

narrow entrance&poor parking access..avoid to have stress free vacay
Hotel is good but entrance to the hotel is pathetic pls avoid. It is on Mall Road and have a very narrow entrance where not even a single car without getting scratch can enter. Car has to be parked 2 kms away where I have to pay in paid parking for 20 hours. Also parking is so disturbed you can only park after 10pm in night and before 5 am in morning.. the staff behavior was also very unsupportive and rude

Being located on Mall Road, vehicle movement and parking are strictly regulated by local authorities, which limits direct control over access. Even so, our team is always available to assist guests in navigating the lane and ensuring a smooth arrival. While many guests, including those driving large vehicles such as a Toyota Fortuner, have successfully accessed the property, we completely understand that maneuvering through narrow mountain roads can be challenging. For added convenience, guests also have the option to park at the nearby MDDA parking (charges apply). We’re sorry if your interaction with our staff did not reflect the supportive experience we strive to provide. Your feedback has been shared with the concerned team to strengthen coordination and guest care going forward.

Nice stay, location near to Mall Road, good service by staff. Good Parking facility except the entry from Mall Road which was very narrow.

EllBee Mussoorie - a delightful experience
We stayed at EllBee Mussoorie from 29th Sept to 2nd Oct, and it was a truly memorable experience. Arriving early at 6 am, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Kulvendra, who not only allotted us a room well before check-in but also upgraded us to a view room at no extra cost. The hotel’s location at the end of Mall Road is perfect—close to shops, cab pickups, and rentals. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with staff always cordial. Special thanks to Mr. Rizwan for the tasty food and evening high tea. Despite limited dining space, EllBee exceeded expectations.
