Excellent Stay
The property is very good. The location is central. The rooms are clean and hygienic and staff were also polite to speak to. I would suggest you visit this property if you are travelling to/fro ISBT Kashmere Gate by bus. Kudos to whole team!

Terrible Stay
No Amenities that is mentioned on page, location on hotel is such that you cannot reach and park in evening hrs, everytime you go and out you have to pay to government.

Average Stay
1. Staff is cooperative 2. location is not bad 3. property isn’t that good (it’s old) 4. service is average 5. they have water issues. I stayed for 4 days but everyday early morning I had hot water issue for shower. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many good options available on the same Mall Road. I would suggest Make My Trip also not to display this hotel on the top of their recommendation (for whatever reason) as I fell for that. I trusted MMT and I am really disappointed.

Very courteous staff, clean place, good food and above all, very very beautifully maintained venue. Hotel arranged for pick up too on request. Very happy to have stayed there, thank you MMT.

Too high price for this kind of hotel by mmt. Aside this if we want to book it in cash or credot card price for 2 rooms is 9600/- but we used mmt voucher it costs 15500/- very poor services by mmt for clients having mmt vouchers.

familyHotel Location Good, Ambience Good, Rooms are Good But frond end people are very much capable not to leave any opportunity to harass and humiliate guest. hence if u r ready to accept humiliation then come to this Hotel since infra and location is good else find other property for peaceful vacation.
