Hotel location is near to Mall road so it's convenient and time saving. Rooms are cleaned and have nice balcony view

property was ok. rooms are a bit small and approx 1 km from mall road. Also lack of parking space...

room was quite small and the washroom was smelling. the room name was deluxe but it wasn't at all deluxe

I just visited The Novello Hotel , and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

It was a very comfortable stay..... There was a perect room for a couple. The overall good experience. Room are good and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was really really goofand of lot variety. Near to mall road and highly recommended....

The hotel is placed on the main road, parking is an issue, room is decent for the price, views are very good. Food is good. Manoj was very helpful and accommodating to our request and tried his best to make our stay a very comfortable one. Special shout out to manoj and the cook of the restaurant on the terrace.

Very irritating staff , no compromise , no understanding , room had a very bad smell , no new room was alloted in place of that room , very bad experience

Average stay for a one night..Room size too small but good part the TV was working in good condition that to be a smart TV...water was good in the washroom. Staff was helpful...all together good for a single night

Location is ideal and a little away from the rush. Wifi wasn't working during our entire stay and nothing was done to rectify.

Neat and clean rooms, bathrooms and common area. Good food and helpful staff. The hotel is far downhill from main mall road and visitors get stuck up at the hotel since reaching main center is an uphill and herculean task. Other ok to stay.

The room was good & hygienic. Staff was good. Food was ok. It has mountain view but due to fog couldn’t see much. Window lock was not working properly, a monkey entered our room and took our eatables when we were not in the room. Parking was beside the main road. They don’t have parking.
