Excellent Stay
We stayed at The Novello by Hotel Evergreen in Mussoorie for one night, and overall, the experience was very pleasant. The view of the valley from the hotel is absolutely phenomenal and adds to the charm of the place.The hotel staff were warm and helpful, especially Mr. Ashish, whose courteous behavior and friendly gestures made our stay even more enjoyable. The Gardenica area is also a lovely spot — a peaceful and refreshing place to relax.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re happy to share our positive stay at this beautiful hotel.......😍😍🥳🥳

Novello by Hotel Evergreen is a lovely place that truly made my Mussoorie trip memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless — with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, and a balcony view that perfectly captures why Mussoorie is called the Queen of Hills. Breakfast was hearty, with plenty of delicious options, and housekeeping kept everything neat and tidy throughout my stay. The location is ideal — close enough to Mall Road for convenience, yet peaceful enough to unwind and relax. A special mention to Pawan and Nilofar, whose hospitality really stood out. Pawan made check-in effortless and always greeted guests with a smile, offering great local recommendations. Vinod was equally impressive — prompt, professional, and always ready to help with luggage, taxis, and room service. Overall, Hotel Novello by Evergreen is a gem in Mussoorie — great value, lovely atmosphere, and staff who truly care about making your stay special. Highly recommended! 🌟

Very welcoming and accommodating
The hotel is placed on the main road, parking is an issue, room is decent for the price, views are very good. Food is good. Manoj was very helpful and accommodating to our request and tried his best to make our stay a very comfortable one. Special shout out to manoj and the cook of the restaurant on the terrace.

Services were good
Average stay for a one night..Room size too small but good part the TV was working in good condition that to be a smart TV...water was good in the washroom. Staff was helpful...all together good for a single night
