Hotel Woods View (2 mins walk to Mall Road, Mussoorie)

The stay was fabulous, excellent service. Location was the main key highlight it is near Mall road. Happy experience

Our stay was sooo ossum❤️. Specially the view from our hotel was so mesmerising and the staff was very helpful n polite specially Ram Nautiyal ji. 10/10 for this beautiful stay.

Rooms are not properly cleaned , it was smelling and also walls of room need paint. Also bed sheet , pillow cover and blanket cover is not changed..All are smelling

this property is good for couple and service also good kitchen timing last 10 pm but location is unexpectable

First of all, don't rely on google map for location, just reach to mall road and call to reception. If you have too much luggage then it will be very difficult for you to reach as hotel is 2 slop down from the main road so while coming back would be difficult. No kitchen before 8.00 am, limited breakfast options if you have opted for complementary breakfast, rooms are ok.

It was okay stay. As property is old as per shown in pictures. Food is okay. Cleaning is okay. Staff behaviour is good.

Remote location. Uneasy to access. Room are spacious & good. Food available. Mountain view. Staff co-operative. Wifi network available.

The room is in very poor condition. The room service is not good. The way of the hotel is very difficult.

Terrible washroom maintenance & linen. No cleanliness at all, bed sheets are not changed after previously used. Hair strands can be seen in bed & all over room. Washroom cleanliness is not upto the mark.

Dirty and used bedsheet. Smelly comforter. Dirty washroom soo smelly. Rooms were also smelly. Water given for drink was so also given in a very dirty jar. No glasses given. The way to reach to the hotel was steep walk and the area was also dirty. Only good thing was the view. Rest everything was pathetic.

The way to reach the hotel is too long and the downside from the mall road and that was too slippery. Without parking.

Rooms were good but it was very downhill so going back up was dreadful. Especially if you have luggage. Good stay though. Thank you!

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my parents’ recent stay at your hotel in Mussoorie, which was intended to be a special anniversary trip but turned out to be a deeply disappointing experience. We chose your hotel based on its appealing online presentation and the information provided. However, upon arrival, my parents faced significant challenges that were not disclosed beforehand. They arrived at the hotel at 5 PM, only to discover that the distance to the mall road was grossly misrepresented. The 190 meters mentioned was misleading, as the reality is that private vehicles are not permitted on the mall road after 4 PM. Consequently, they found themselves stuck in a queue for four hours, waiting to reach the hotel via an alternate route. While other hotels were able to send their own vehicles to Ambedkar Chowk with staff assistance for luggage, we repeatedly called your hotel for support. Unfortunately, we were informed that your vehicle was "not working," leaving my parents to carry their own luggage on foot. They had to navigate a steep, descending path for nearly 1.5 hours, which was especially taxing given their age. They finally reached the hotel at 9 PM, exhausted and frustrated, after arriving in Mussoorie at 5 PM. Upon entering their room, they were met with an unbearable stench, which required staff intervention with a spray. Additionally, the bathrooms were leaking and emitted an awful odor. The food served was subpar, adding to their disappointment. On the morning of checkout, the atmosphere in the lobby was chaotic, as a group of younger guests expressed their frustration over similar experiences. They were astonished that my parents managed to handle the ordeal, given the strenuous conditions. Overall, this experience was far from what we anticipated, and it has left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at your hotel, as the service and conditions do not align with what is advertised.

I have recently completed a stay at this hotel with my wife and our experience was terrible. The rooms were not clean and even the bathroom was dirty. The worst part is people were drinking just in our front room and also the owner allowed them to drink in the entrance area which is very uncomfortable for us to pass by.
