Food was ok .... we were supposed to checkout at around 6 am in the morning for Delhi but when we called at the reception for luggage pickup from room to our car .... they refused for the staff saying not available ......than we shifted all our luggage to parking from 5 stores to our car on our own.

Not a pleasant experience staying here. The service is below average and you need to call reception multiple times to get one thing sorted. Rooms are also below average with the sheets and linen smelly. If possible, avoid this property. Only two people here can uplift your morale - Simon and the Guard working here. Kudos to them for being so humble and co-operative.

The rooms were good, each with a balcony and a nice valley view. Breakfast offered sufficient options and was good. The staff was friendly and responsive. The only thing to keep in mind if you're driving is that the road to the hotel can be quite congested. However, it's only about a 10-minute walk to Mall Road. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

recently had the pleasure of staying at country inn and it exceeded my expectations! The staff were warm and welcoming, the staff really helped me a lot as my car got some issues but the staff helps me out of the blue and made it very easy for me to get mu car ready thanx a lot dor that..the facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for relaxing .. the food was also gud rooms were specious and clean and had a gud view from balcony.. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Can't wait to come back!"

We recently stayed at Country Inn Premier Resort, Mussoorie, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained with 5-star level amenities. The staff were extremely polite, courteous, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was the distance from Mall Road (around 2.5 km) and the layout of the property — since the resort has different wings, we were staying in the G Wing, and to reach our room we had to take three different lifts, which was a bit confusing at first. Apart from that, everything — from the service to the ambiance — was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Mussoorie!

Location on Camels Back road. Very less traffic movement. This is good if you want peaceful stay. An Ecco car is available for visiting Mall road. This will pickup or drop at Ambedkar chowk near Library Chowk. Alternatively if also goes towards The Green Vegetarian restaurant. Dropping near Bank of India Mussoorie Branch. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Monkeys may visit your room balcony, so be careful. Breakfast spread is adequate and sufficient for every one. I found staff quite cooperative. Specially Mr Shubham at Reception. View is very good from here. Specially from balcony of R.No. 603 and 703.

It was a great stay at Country Inn. The Location of hotel, Mountain View Rooms, Cooperative Staff and Food, everthing was best. The hotel has pick and drop service from Mall road you just need to ask them. Since the hotel is on the Mall road , you can not bring your vehicle from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm. If you are late , then hotel can help you to bring your luggage from Mall road library chownk.
