It was a nice stay. We stayed for only one day. The place was just 400 meters from Mall Road/Gandhi Chowk

I loved the property, it is very beautiful and peaceful. It is very near mall road, walkable distance. Service was excellent and the host is amazing. Highly recommended!!

It was a pathetic experience of stay. While making a booking I included breakfast but to my utter despair there was nothing in the name of breakfast except a cup of tea and potato paratha or 2 pieces of bread butter. We were charged for this breakfast. Rooms were in very bad shape with full noise coming from adjoining rooms as a house has been converted to a hotel. No kitchen no eating area. Though they claim it's 100 mtr away from Mall Road, the actual distance is at least 400 mtr. For hot water, every time you have to call the caretaker who will switch on the geyser. The water drops at a very slow pace and it takes more than 10 min to fill the bucket. We had to request to give us a dental kit and soap to the attendant. For 2 persons he gave 1 ltr water bottle.

Stay was very below average. The staff was helpful however the overall property has below average infrastructure. Doors do not lock properly, windows are everywhere and the curtains to not give proper privacy. Did not receive any toiletries despite being given on the booking website. It does not feel like a professional hotel rather more like a house converted into a stay somehow, all rooms are interconnected. Literally one strong push on the door and u can enter into someone else’s room. No concept of wall just doors everywhere.

The estate was real good with the best view of the town. The host was also very helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Hill Crest Resort is a peaceful getaway with scenic views, cozy rooms, and friendly staff- Mr. Rahul has been a great host! The relaxing vibe makes it perfect for a short retreat.

It was a great place to be in. Right in the center of mall road, yet away from the chaos and crowd. It's a peaceful vintage property with a little less of privacy & if that doesn't concerns you, you will love the experience of old world charm of Mussoorie. Lastly it's a pet's delight.

View was so great. Good place to stay. And this hotel have most amazing caretaker/manager he was so helpful n humble.5 star jst bcoz of manager

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Hillcrest. Everything was perfect – from the warm hospitality to the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is great and the overall ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend this place. 5 out of 5 stars

Very bad maintenance , bathroom door not properly working , bathroom curtain unusual anyone can see from outside,not suitable for couples . All rooms are attached and they are not fully separated , other rooms sound u can hear clearly that's very embersing. Furnishers are very old not properly working. It's very tough for everyone to find this hotel , no holding of hotels are placed any where so it's tough for us to reach hotel .

Very good maintained property. Location is best with mall road n site view is amazing. Staff is very cooperative. Really enjoyed our stay
