Evelyn Homes : In The Lap Of Mountains

My heartiest thanks to the property’s host and team - Mr. Farhaan & Mr. Ashish. They are caretakers of not only the property but of the guests as well in true sense. The view from balcony, pick n drop service, cleanliness, location and other features of the property are top notch.

It's far from mall road and it takes around 10 min trekking to reach the spot. room was good, neat and clean. no government pole lights on 10 min trekking to evelyn.

Extremely Disappointed with the Amenities I had high expectations from this hotel, but unfortunately, the amenities were a complete letdown. The room lacked basic essentials — no proper toiletries and the towels looked old and overused. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and when it did, the speed was painfully slow. For the price they charge, I expected much better facilities. Sadly, this stay was not worth the money at all. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort or convenience.

Very cool and nice stay

The rooms are really big and the staff also gives good hospitality, the views are nice along with that the facility of pick and drop via hotel car facility to pick up and drop was something which surprised us and we felt so good with it.

Very good location if you prefer a view above everything else. Roome were neat, modern and well furnished. Owner did his best to guide on every aspect - food, travel and sightseeing. They have pick up and drop service to the mall which works well most of the time. Food was good. Breakfast was basic but served hot and fresh. We had issues, but every effort was made to Address them. Above all, view was out of the world.

Dear MakeMyTrip team Food was not hygienic and also very expensive. The location wasn't good as we struggled very hard to reach there. Facilities were also not good.

The host was great and staff was incredibly warm. Had a lively time staying there. It’s an excellent stay with an amazing view. Food is to die for. Homecooked and served warm. Had a fantastic time.

Room is okay but other services are very poor .Secondly too far from mall road due hilli area we cannt walk without car.Always depends on car for pick and drop.

The room size + view from the balcony was fantastic. The food was quite average and the menu could have been more expansive. But the hosts were warm, and there were pick up and drop services available too.

Property is good. Spacious and the views are excellent. But is located a bit away from the main market (mall road). You have to call the attendant on phone to pick you from the market area. Similarly you have to walk down on foot. The Cook comes after 08:30 am in the morning so expecting breakfast is too much. Overall good property if you are going there to just chill and relax.

It’s always an amazing experience staying at this beautiful property. The vibe and views from here are damn good. Highly recommended for all categories of travellers .

property location is good, to reach at the property by your personal car you need to take the Manager's help, although he is providing that help. Food is good and providing hot meals. My only suggestion, they need to focus on their bed linens ,that too be changed by new ones.

The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the room and food never tasted so good.Our stay couldn’t have been better.Staff were so courteous and helpful.

I recently traveled from Rishikesh and stayed at Evelyn Homes. Right from the beginning, Manager was constantly in touch and ensured we reached safely — a big help, especially since the property is located in a hilly area that requires an experienced driver. We arrived around 11:30 PM, and the manager personally guided us over the phone, which was much appreciated. The property itself is a charming, well-maintained house with beautiful vintage vibes. We chose the mountain-view gallery rooms, and waking up to that breathtaking view was absolutely worth it! The breakfast was delicious and freshly made. The seating area where we had our breakfast was peaceful and scenic — a perfect spot for some Insta-worthy pictures with the mountains in the backdrop. They offer a pickup and drop service to Mall Road, which makes getting around very convenient. Overall, a memorable stay with great hospitality and views.
