Hotel is clean and staff is very polite and services are fast and on time . Happy to stay here .

the experience was not good as the food as well as the services were poor. The basic amenities seemed to be missing. I would not use that property ever in the future.

The property location was great. The food and amenities were also good. The rooms were clean and the property was overall very nice.

The location is perfect for those who seek for comfortable stay, good and value for money food and most importantly cleanness and exceptional level of hospitablity. The stay is not far from mall road ... hardly 750m of walking and close to prime clock in the city. I highly recommend the stay as I visit a lot beacuse of my nature work hence... highly recommended.

The room was not good. It was not clean and didn’t match the pictures shown online. The bedsheets were dirty, washroom was poorly maintained, and overall not a pleasant stay.

They denied to give me the room that i booked.. I booked premium nest room and they provide me the deluxe one.. I refused for that than they deny for the premium one..Worst property and staff ever

The hotel will give heater and other requests on a chargeable basis only. You will hear noises around the room which is not a peaceful stay.

the stay was good and even the food was tasty and at a reasonable price.

the rooms were 3 floors down. to be Frank, given how congested the space was we felt a little scared and were having second thoughts about changing the property. however we stayed out till late and only came back when we were super tired to just sleep and leave asap in the morning

Hotel stuff was so friendly, rooms are also clean. we spent a night on 24oct they provided us tea also when we arrived at the hotel.

amazing hotel.. amazing location.. amazing view from the hotel.. amazing staff.. they were so cooperative ... and the food.. it was incredible... I think we tried many food items outside the hotel but the best food was made by their chef. will go soon there.. and stay in this hotel only.

Best experience, we stayed in the premium nest villa and the view is just awesome and rooms have wooden design which gives an awesome feel. The staff and the owner are very co-operative and helpful. The only hiccup would be the non veg food experience we had was not good but otherwise overall it was a great experience.

Rome is good but other service average.
