Good stay, nice food , good view

Was a good stay a decent and budget friendly stay. One could definitely opt for this, the staff were friendly too. It's far from the mall road not a 5 min walk it's about a 10 to 13 min walk.

Our stay was not good.. my experience was very bad. As we enter the room , the room was not properly clean, there was hairs on the bed sheet. Room view was not as good as expected (shown in images) Intercom malfunction.

Location is apt but unhygienic room conditions in contrast to the higher room tariffs.

Winterfell was a really good choice for our stay. The staff was extremely polite and humble, which made the experience even better. The view from the property was beautiful, and the room was very comfortable and cozy. One of the best parts was that Mall Road was just a short walking distance away, making it super convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to others. Har Har Mahadev 🕉️🙏

Overall experience was Not Good, Hotel in house restaurant arrangements was pathetic. Staff behaviour was rude.
