The Himalayan Hostel - Kempty Falls

I recently went on a trip and had booked Himalayan Hostel in Mussoorie based on its pictures and descriptions. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and far from what was promised. The condition of the rooms and beds was very poor. The washrooms were in terrible shape, unhygienic, and not properly maintained. There was no proper lighting in the rooms, making the environment dull and uncomfortable. What was shown was completely misleading. The pictures displayed were beautiful and appealing, but in reality, the property was nothing like that. Overall, it was a highly unsatisfactory stay and I would not recommend this hostel to anyone planning a comfortable and relaxing trip. The management needs to take serious steps to improve the facilities and be honest in their online representations.

Good view and piece of mind

The location was really good and the staff was also supportive, but the basic facilities in the room like fan and basin tap, got water was not working/provided properly.

The room was very good or the facilities were also very good or the view around the hotel was also very good. The services and charges were very satisfactory. I think this was a very good hotel in Mussoorie.

They are providing the best hospitality that is the main thing i should appreciate. Staff behaviour is also good and food as well. All in one awesome stay !

Best part is kempty fall is at walking from inside the property. So many adventure and selfie points. Beautiful garden and they have river stream to do so much fun there. They provide adventure activites also that is paid, 500 per activity but totally worth it. They have parking and restaurant also. Best recommended for groups and big families for affordable and budget stay near kempty fall, mussoorie. Great location

The stay at the himalayan hostel was amazing. The location offered a great view to the mountains. The staff was friendly and food here too was good. It is a recommended location for anyone who plans to go to mussoorie.

This place is horrible we find all type creatures inside room like cockroaches rats spider and many types of insects that room showed that no one stayed before me because there is a lot of smells toilet freshner used in room for freshness bed and amenities in not clean all where smell only smell thanks for your bad recommendation

Remarkable place and so beautiful. So many places inside the property to explore and visit they provide small trekking to kempty fall. Full of adventure and thrills. They have trekk to nag tippa, happy valley, dalayi hills etc. Additional you can enjoy adventure activiities here like zipline, rappeling, climbing, archery, shooting etc. Best for family and kids also overall we enjoyed and recommending this property

I really loved this place. This is the best for those who loves mountain, adventure. Great place for family also. They have expert for adventure activity. Also all inside restaurants available. Highly recommended.

Everything is good except vehicles are not allowed in the premises
