Goos stay good food good view

The geyser wasn’t working. The food was the worst thing there. Food was tasteless, I regret staying in such a place.

Please don’t book this stay...i had booked for 3 people in 4 bed dormitory, the condition of bed and lack of maintenance of the room is horrible, hosteller is way better, the crowd also lack civic sense and the place looks shady, i would never recommend anyone, and trust me you will never love the place with all stinky smells that comes out due to humidity

There was an electricity issue but aesthetics were quite good and everyone was great

The rooms were good but in room facilities were not fully worth it for the price, they should add in landline phones to all rooms.

No proper Toiletries No proper Wifi Range No water bottles provided in the room, we were said that we'll have to fill them up ourselves from the dispenser We booked Private Super Delux room (the most expensive one on the property) but it was not worth the cost. No Almirah to keep your clothes. The washroom door latch was also not functional.

Location of the property is not convenient for cars , over price hotel for such service and aminities though staff behaviour was good

1.Room was suffocating no ventilation. 2. Cleanliness was not maintained. 3 kettle was not working. 4 walls seepage and damped. 5 staff was not cooperative 6. Proper food facility was not available 7. Tv was not working. 8. Not proper lighting in the room don’t confused with the photos . 9 I requested hotel staff to change my room but they behave rudely 10 but no solution from their side as well 11.i booked this room was only ready to compensate me with. 700 rs vouchr that too will take 48hr to proceed and after hotel confirmation .12 not even ready to change my accommodation and i was waiting in the rain .

We booked a dormitory of 4 for us as we were a group of 4. It was totally fun, view was great and awesome stay overall. The inbuilt cafe food was awesome and so homely. It was overall a great experience.

stay all over good basic needs like dental kit is not available and extra towels has extra charge but all over stay is good dominoes available @1:30 am

Stay was terrible , room was very dirty and even the bedsheet and walls were not cleans . It were just like we are paying high prices for nothing.

So the place was good but the hostel vibe was missing. Unlike the other hostels i stayed in the zostel one was very dead. Secondly the rooms weren’t maintained well.

Property is amazing and offers a view of the mountains. The food provided in the cafe is delicious. Also, the property is very clean and the caretakers and staff members are friendly and helpful.

Very Good location near to Mall Road.

Would Not recommended booking a private room. 5 min sloppy terrain to reach. Be prepared to carry your own luggage. No mobile network. No view from the room. Foul smel and dirty towels. They charge like a hotel but doesn't have behaviour for one.

Staff was super helpful especially the Zostel Cafe service was really satisfying. They catered to our custom food needs. We booked a private room with balcony. The room had a good cyan coloured theme and a balcony with a stunning mountain view. The only downside is the way to the zostel. It’s a bit steep and not really feasible to drive till there unless you are an experienced driver. Overall a good, clean, and a cozy stay option if you are planning your mussoorie trip soon :)

The place is at the nice location and the view is awesome. They take proper care of hygiene
