Hotel Sun N Star

The view is amazing, and the food is superb. I would recommend the spring rolls for vegetarians and the lemon chicken for non-vegetarians. The rajma rice is also excellent.

Had an experience with uncomfortable stay, no cleaning, oil spots in badsheet and pillow covers not even you can stand in balcony area with no view also surrounded with so many monkeys which make you trouble in stay. Better to stay with 500 Oyo property

Rude behavior. We were given a basement room forcefully. Intead they were behaving rude as i booked their hotel online and was ok to the offline.

I had two days booking in this hotel and given a room which had broken wooden cupboards, room mirror which had lost it's shine but not replaced, pathetic condition of corridors leading to room. My complaints to management did not bring any result on first day. However, next morning when i told then that i will upload the pictures to mm t and immediately cheek out to stay in some other hotel, they shifted me to another room with better quality of fixtures and furnitures. But by that time i had lost one day. High time hotel should be renovated if they are charging so high. Food is good but oily. Conduct of service boys was excellent. Select this hotel only only after verifying the condition of furniture and fixtures carefully.

According to charges they didn't have good facilities. The service of that Hotel was not si good as we expected. Even they didn't cooperate with to provide a balcony views from the room.

The hotel location was awesome.... n the view from hotel balcony was best...I will stay in the same hotel if I go there next time again.

Room service is very poor.

The room condition is pathetic. Floor carpet is dirty and damaged. Drinking water glass is dirty and got replaced after calling number of times on reception. No hot water is available in bathroom. Furniture is old and broken. Electricity supply is not regular. TV remote is not working at all and bathrooms are dirty.

The hotel is quite away from Haridwar Railway Station, I have to pay Rs. 150 to auto rickshaw just for check-in hotel. There is no any other local shop or market if you have any need. The hotel is new and gives good facilities in room. Try if you have your own vehicle otherwise not.

The regular rooms offer a great view of the valley but the family room we took did not offer any..!! I mistakenly entered the Hotel kitchen which gave the impression of a cheap DHABA..!! The bathrooms were poorly maintained.... one couldn't see his face in the mirror.

The room and location of the hotel was good but need to maintain the cleanliness in the hotel.

I recommend this hotel as it is a nice place to stay.
