Very well maintained property. No rush. Valley view is awesome. Super clean bathrooms. Courteous staff. Pleasent sit out. Good food.

Hotel was great the ambience the view the food everything was awesome but the approach to hotel from main road was really steep and difficult not everyone's cup of tea. Although they give you option of taxi by hotel to reach the destination it's still very difficult overall i enjoyed my stay a lot.

Excellent hotel: rather resort, food is good, superb hospitality, courteous and supportive staff, view is good, calm and pleasant environment. The only issue is approach from main road or mall road, very inconvenient for 4 wheeler to approach this property. Walking up the ramp to mall road is very tiring

Very good hospitality

Tea was poor. There is no consistency of services. Forest day the tea was served with cookies. Second day without them and last day not even in a kettle.

Each and every one at the hotel are smiling great ambiance excellent view excellent service clean boutique hotel will come back

The hotel is located close to the Mall Road….it’s a walking distance and you are there at the doorstop of all the cool cafés. The decor is simple elegant and pretty. The staff is very courteous and they answer your calls swiftly. The service is quick.

The hotel is in close proximity to the mall road yet maintains a distance to keep away all the hustle bustle. The food is delicious and staff is extremely courteous. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is somewhat hard to locate since go-ogle maps does not provide exact location. Access to the hotel from road is a steep climb. Hotel in itself is very beautiful. Doon valley is visible from the garden. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Mall road is 600 mts above the hotel and can be accessed any time by walking or 2 wheelers. All famous eateries are at easy access.

Excellent buffet. Drive is tough, so if you are driving, may be find a place to Park other than at the hotel

My stay was for 2 nights. It was really amazing. Luxurious stay with best amenities. Food wad delicious. Highly recommended go for it.

Wasn't at all worth the huge price and it isn't really located at the Mall road but at a 3 minutes downhill walk.

Our stay at the Pine Retreat was filled with serenity. We loved how secluded it was even though it is situated right in the middle of the Mall Road. The staff were helpful and welcoming as well.

4/5 rating overall. Hotel is made in vintage style which makes it more appealing than the normal business class hotels which have a standard pattern. However, room service was bit slow. The staff can be more professional. The cottage style rooms were a good experience.
