hotel was good. The location was ok. they say river view but the river is on the other side of the road covered by trees. The staff was good. I asked for a sandwich for my daughter late at night and they provided the sandwich even though the kitchen was closed. Triveni ghat is very close to the hotel which is a good thing. however, I can get a riverside room in lemon tree premier at the same price.

The staff is really nice and cooperative. The breakfast spread offered a great variety. The high tea experience was equally delightful, with a nice selection of snacks and beverages served in a relaxed setting. The guided tour to Triveni Ghat for Ganga Aarti was also very pleasant. Overall, a very enjoyable and satisfying stay.

It was great to stay again in Elibee by Ganga.. The staffs are always amazing and supportive.. The Ganga aarti Darshan is very near to the hotel and Resturant and Staff in Dharmendra is a great support he helped a lot and did packed breakfast for me in the morning which was great gesture will do visit again during our next visit to Rishikesh

Good location but badly maintained property

Although the location is good and staff is courteous, the property is really old and under maintained. As soon as we enter there is this damp smell all over the hotel. they charge a lot for the stay which is not worth for the property. The linen and towels are really worn out, doesn’t feel comfortable using it. The staff is really helpful and courteous, the breakfast and high tea was really good. And the best part is the view…. Very close to Triveni Ghat. The management should pay attention towards the maintaining the property.

It was an excellent stay at Ellbee hotel, the staff is really courteous, well behaved, and the services are also really impressive. The thing that really impressed us is that they have all female staff (majorly).. empowering and employing women shows the level of maturity they have. The most element - Vijay ji is one such person who has been the backbone of our stay there and the entire team is excellent. We will definitely visit here again.

excellent hospitality and great staff.all ganga aarti hi tea and yoga arranged by hotel staff was great as well.

An excellent stay and enjoyable hospitality from the team at ellbee. Specially Pooja negi and Rakhi were brilliant hosts !! They took care of us and the kids like theor own family. Rooms are clean and feels fredh wjen you enter! Overalll an amazing stay ! Must must visit!!! The view from the room is breathtaking!
