We had a truly awful experience that we believe reflects poorly on MakeMyTrip. Due to a non-refundable booking made through your platform, we were stuck at the hotel during a heavy rainstorm, urgently needing a room. The property manager, however, exploited our desperate situation by charging an additional ₹1200 for just one night's stay. This was an incredibly unfair and distressing incident. We found both the service and the overall experience to be extremely disappointing. We are not interested in any promotional offers after such a negative encounter.

Very bad condition of the deluxe rooms. No proper furniture, poor bedding. Horrible ventilation of rooms n wash rooms. Washrooms stink. Basic facilities like electrical kettle is also not provided.

Propert is located to 400 mtr from Mall road and it is very tough climb from mall road. And price that i have paid for this Hotel Rs 8400 which is too much for this hotel and i will get this type hotel in Rs 1500.
