The location is slightly uncomfortable as far as accessibility to the main market is concerned. The property itself is fabulous with a beautiful view and a rooftop restaurant providing excellent food. The staff was cordial and experience was excellent.

We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. It is located from walking distance of about 15 mins from Main attractions of Mall Road like Kalsang, Cambridge Book store etc. The rooms and common areas are very well maintained, nicely furnished and clean. Overall it was a warm and homely atmosphere ensured by the Manager and staff. We requested for preparation of pudding for puja offering during Janmashtami and the concerned person was more than willing to help. I cannot thank them much for this generous behaviour. The breakfast and dinner buffer spread is adequate and very fulfilling. I highly recommend this place for a leisurely winding down stay at the cosy surrounding of Landour.

Service is really the concern, people are cooperative but things are not 100% available. Room was not properly cleaned on next day stay. Towels are wet. Response time is very slow by specially kitchen team. Rest all are good stay is comfortable.

The stay was average at dls oak bush, the staff was not very polite and helpful. We were not guided well for the places to go around ; the rooms were a Earhart and were not up to our expectations. We ate at the restaurant as well but the food options were limited and not very good. The portions of the good were not of apt size. In totality, the experience was not very good and I was not at all satisfied with the experience.

Staff is friendly but servicing is slow. Food is good, good to have more options in buffet. They should provide Iron stand as amenities and skin care in washrooms as per the number to guests. Overall the stay is good.

The following essential things were not ok when we checked in the hotel room: 1) door safety lock not working. It was the same until we checked out also. 2) electric kettle switch was broken n as we used it for using warm water, the body of kettle became so hot that we couldn't even touch the same. 3) the room was dirty n even the bedsheet was not clean. 4) the landline phone was not working, so we had to use our mobile to contact the hotel for services. Although we checked in the room but we had to wait for at least 2 hrs before all these things could get ok n this was very irritating as i was with 2 kids. Every now n then maintenance member was at the door to do all such repairs. Did we book the room to correct all such maintenance works? is it not the responsibility of hotel staff to check the room before handover. I even tried to contact make my trip but sorry to say that i didn't got any fruitful response. Apart from the above dramatic checkin, the following things were good: 1) accessibility, taxi can reach the hotel gate 2) food, ok but variety was less. 3) roof top dining was awesome 4) the view from the room was good

In the deluxe room images, the window shades have been purposefully closed to hide the outside view which is actually parking space. So basically you will see cars parked, black water storage tanks and tin sheds if you open the curtains.
