Total experience not satisfied . Staff is rude not behaving properly, rooms are not comfortable. Mosquitoes too much

Food at the hotel was terrible, we had to go outside to have a meal... drinking water was not tasting good...

Heritage property in close vicinity to prime area . Stay was relaxing, facilities were good and certainly worth . Will recommend for family and groups stay .

Absolutely gorgeous location & as you see in the photos this is a beautiful heritage property, old English architecture and a 130 yrs old legacy , 2-3 minutes walk from Mall Road , staff was very courteous , welcoming & warm. We took a suite & the rooms were clean & spacious , also the food was superb , I’d highly recommend this property.

location - very near to mall road and one of the best location food - fresh and hygienic food. service - super fast and very humble staff amenities - all modern facilities in the room, big lawn with options to have meals in the garden. you will really enjoy the heritage feel on this well maintained property Things which are not so good- 1. Bathroom is small in the madho bhavan Delux room and you need to enter by bending your head. 2. Dining area is congested and entry/exit you need to bend your head. 3. If you are looking for a room with balcony you will not get one.

Property is well maintained and located at a good location. Staff is also supportive and helpful. However, the food options can be improved. The breakfast options are very limited and need improvement. The overall food menu needs enhancement. Overall a good experience.

I had an amazing stay at this property. The location is excellent, and the property itself is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I spent two days here, and everything from the cozy and beautifully designed rooms to the friendly and helpful staff exceeded expectations. However, a small downside was that despite several requests, I wasn’t able to secure a ground-floor room. It’s worth noting that these might be easier to book offline. That said, the overall experience was fantastic. The property is peaceful and isolated, making it an excellent choice for family stays. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice location. Great sunset view. One can even view the sunset from the suite itself. It is of course not a star rated property but a very nice property with big rooms and all basic amenities. Didn't have food at the property so can't rate on that. The coffee that i had was bad. All in all a very good stay, would rate the property above a 4 star

I was there from 11/11/2024 to 13/11/2024 with my family. The property is amazing. Mall road is around 400 meters walking. You will surely enjoy every moment in this property.

This is a heritage property on a hill, nicely maintained and with a reasonably tarrif. Taxis available but own conveyance would be better. Food on order is available which is workable

A beautiful property near mall road ample parking space with easy approach road to hotel spacious rooms tastefully done up. Overall a great package !
