FabHotel Sikka Royal Classic, Mall Road

Hotel is walking distamce to Mall Road, decent room with tea/coffee maker n good food, but no view from room, phone service was not working, need to take care of cleanliness n upgrade room service n amenities. Hotel doesn't provide parking. Overall good stay if you want to stay near Mall Road

Renovation work is going on in hotel and no proper maintenance like bedsheets are not clean and washroom is not cleaned.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent hotel booking through The information provided regarding the hotel's facilities and location was completely inaccurate. I faced significant difficulty in finding the hotel, and all the contact numbers listed were incorrect. Additionally, I accidentally left my mobile charger in the hotel room. When I returned to retrieve it, the hotel staff claimed that no such item was found. The room charges were excessively high compared to the hotel's actual quality. I had booked a room for two guests, and my 16-year-old son was accompanying me. Despite not requesting any extra facilities, the hotel insisted that my booking was incorrect. directly to avoid any hassle. Ultimately, I ended up paying for a room that was initially listed I request to ensure that accurate information is provided to customers and only genuine hotels are listed . customers damages your brand's credibility and trust. I hope you take appropriate action to prevent such experiences in the future.

Room was not good . Toilet was very shabby.water supply in toilet was not there even after several reminder on 19 March , staff could not resolve the issue. On 20 th morning at around 0900 hrs they resolve the problem. We wanted to stay 1 day more but we changed the room in another hotel.

Property contact number was not reachable all the time, it was very diff to find property even i contact to mm t to help me to find the property they tried to contact yhem but also feel the same issue and second thing the kitchen service was pathetic they taken 2 hr for every single order of even a cup of tea and the most imp tv was not functioning.

Hotel is worst not clean and staff also soo soo soo rude and miss behave with us.

We had a booking in a fab hotel F9 mussoorie 15th of november to 17th of November. Which we got an issue that is first room is a very dirty. Issues are - cleaning, smell , stain issue in bedsheet and blanket, chair was broken and dirty , washroom bucket was not clean etc. I was shared the all picture of the room at the same time After that the people at fab hotel F9 showed me the 5-6 room in which i had faced the same issue of hygiene. We complaint to the staff at the same time regarding of refund but he rudely told us to pickup your luggage and come out and get your refund. From 10AM till now 5Pm we don’t get any solution has come. And the hotel staff was behaving very rudely due to which we had a call fab hotel did not provide any solution and his staff started talking to both of them saying that whatever you can do, do it according to your own wishes and no solution will come from our side . And hotel real name is Royal Classic
