we had a wonderful stay at rockstone. the room was spacious, clean, and modern with a comfortable bed. we would definitely stay here again.

Rooms Smells, bathroom towels dirty poor amenities. Very Very Very Noisy! There's no food. I would think thrice before recommending this place to anyone else thank you very much.

the hotel staff delay in food services, also the blanket smell bad, and there is no soap in the washroom we get the soap after the call

near the mall road.with this hotel you can easily access the entire mussoorie easily. recommendation:- better to have lunch outside of the hotel.

asked the receptionist to change my room as the adjacent rooms to mine were booked by a couple of completely disturbed families. the families kept shouting, fighting and arguing the entire night. their children were equally annoying. kept shouting and knocking our door again and again. my partner got terrified for a while as we had also heard some of these members threatening to kill each other in the night. i've never had this pathetic experience ever in my life of a hotel stay. our demand was simply rejected by saying that the family will be quiet and asleep in a while! i mean wow!! in addition, the mattresses were absolutely third class! we couldn't sleep the entire night!! there was no food availablity in the hotel, neither they could arrange it from somewhere. we reached the hotel absolutely wet from head to toe due to heavy rainfall on the way. the bathroom was quite spacious. a bucket, a mug, the mug broken, no water in the taps, absolute rubbish!! 🙏🏻

Cozy, not family friendly, dirty, etc. Staff not cooperative. Not worthy for stay. Very bad experience. It is horrible.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. Exactly at the centre of mall rd. Room n washrooms are very spacious and clean. Only problem is the quality of food. They need to work on it. Hotel is very good considering it's cost

My experience in this hotel was good. Neat and clean, helping, staff and at a prime location. .

The bathroom fixtures were leaking and rusted. Room service was zero inspite of multiple calls. Room and sheets were not clean

Dirty and no basic facilities. If you stay, here it will destroy the mood of your trip.

Pathetic service. Geyser/tv/intercom all were faulty and did not get it repaired even after multiple complaints. They have only one kettle in whole hotel. I stayed with family with 1. 5 years child and faced lot of challenges. They even don’t have their parking on same place and parked somewhere else.

Its around 1. 5 km far from mall road but the service was good and we enjoyed it. The room and washroom was neat and clean. They even provided kettle for boiling water. Overall it was nice to stay there.

There is no food service. Rest is good. Tv service is also good. Geyser is working properly. Hotel is middle of mall road. Room heater not provided.

It was a bad experience. Bathroom was stinking. I called reception for air freshener. They said we will arrange it tomorrow. I asked for internet/wifi, they said there is no wifi. Next morning i ordered tea, they came up with tea after 2 hours when we were about to check out. No proper balcony. No terece.
