Budget friendly,good service , staff are polite and friendly reception manager is very cooperative and friendly

Hotel staff's behaviour was really pleasant and the food was really good. I would love to make a booking again.

Incorrect Contact Details: The phone number and address provided on the portal belong to a different hotel. Google Maps won't take you to the correct location—you’ll have to find the actual number on your own and call to get directions. False Promises: It was mentioned that complimentary welcome drinks would be provided on arrival, but we received nothing. Good Food & Staff: One of the few positives—the food was good, and the hotel staff were polite and helpful. Poor Hygiene & Odour Issues: The entire hotel, including the café area and washrooms, had a persistent foul smell. The washroom was not clean either. When asked, the staff blamed the rainy weather, but I stayed at another hotel in Mussoorie during peak monsoon and faced no such issues there. Location & Parking: The hotel is about 5 km from Mall Road, located on a steep and narrow road. Parking is available, though the area is congested. Thankfully, the staff assist with parking. Unhygienic Café Area: The café area was consistently unclean and smelly, though the food served was quite good. Not Worth the Price: Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made

Property was located way away from Mussoorie Mall Road , food was not good at all they charge like anything but the food quality is very average , room are ok they have charged me extra 500 rs to give two rooms on the same floor overall experience was ok ok I think people can find better properties in the same budget

stay was not so good as shown in the images and the staff was not so professional... there was noice of the staff loudly

Doorbell is not working.Staff is also not co-operative.There is smell in washroom.Tables are not clean in the hotel cafe.Rpoms are also not properly clean.Kettle are very dirty.There is insect in the kettle.

First and foremost, the property doesn’t respond to phone calls. We tried contacting the property many times as it was difficult to locate through google maps. However the calls were not picked and we had to waste our time adding up to the stress. Moreover I don’t understand how this properties been approved by mmt . The parking is a litter ground. Our vehicle didn’t get a parking place. The hotel linen , bed sheets are full of stains. We had to ask the staff to replace it. The food was pathetic. If I have to give them a rating out of 10 I would only go for 1. Don’t go by the photographs provided

The pics shared on makemytrip portal is like a three or four star hotel but in reality even 1 star is too high. Linens were having multiple stains, toilets were unclean, rooms were smelly, outside hotel view shown is entirely different, we were provided rooms with spider webs, no tv and old storage of hotel kept inside rooms. This was shared with Makemytrip but no support was received. Honestly this was my last trip booking through makemytrip.

All good except noisy staff. always keep doing some stuff near rooms that disturb a lot.

The staff was very friendly and helping i would say staff is 10/10 but the location is 4 km from massuurie but its good that they provided scooty so that was smooth 9/10 but the food 5/10 its overpriced and not good they need to improve on there cafe we booked this location for watching sunset from cafe but there food is 👎 just go somewhere else to eat otherwise rooms 👍 staaf 👍 and service 👍
